Every time I come here, the experience is consistently amazing. I see a Black woman named Tanya here almost every single day, and she is ALWAYS on 10. Her customer service, leadership, and professionalism truly stand out.
You can see her hard work and dedication in everything she does not just with customers, but with how smoothly everything runs. Whether she’s assisting guests or leading the team, the energy is positive, efficient, and welcoming. I visit quite frequently, and it’s always a great experience.
If Tanya isn’t the manager, she definitely carries herself like one and if she is, it absolutely shows. Employees like her are the reason people keep coming back. Management should be proud to have someone like Tanya representing this location!

Everytime I come to this particular Starbucks i am told to drive around for my order when there is NO LINE.
Several and I mean SEVERAL TIMES I have had to walk inside because they forgot I was outside!!!!!!!!!!! Once again no line inside or out because I am watching

Even when you place an online order for drinks. It’s the same you pick up and you are waiting for your order 35 whole minutes after the app says 6-7 minutes.
They are not paying attention to orders that are placed online.

I had a really good experience working from this location. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The store was clean…staff members were regularly maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the inside of the store during the 4.5 hours I was there. Thank you to the operators of this location for a really good experience…sad to say, but good experiences and service are more the exception than the rule nowadays. Keep up the great work!

Placed a mobile order for on store pick-up this morning and the app said it would be ready in 11 minutes. I head to the store and the drive thru is wrapped around the building. I proceed to park to pick up my order and there was a sign on the door that said they were closed until 5pm.
Do better and care about your customers time. If the inside is not open set it up so that the location doesn’t accept in-store mobile pick-up. It’s really not that hard. If I would have known that the inside was not opened I would have made an order at a different location or not at all.
