Ordered the vegan spicy falafel pocket and was given the chicken jalapeño instead. I didn’t realize until I’d already bitten into it. Super allergic to cheese, so that was fun, and they wouldn’t dispose of it for me either. Pretty careless mistake, especially for anyone with dietary or ethical restrictions.

Was ordering a hot drink through the drive thru and had my hands full so I only had one hand to receive the hot beverage with. Barista at the drive thru handed me the hot drink without the sleeve and when I asked if I could have a sleeve (forgetting what it was called) she was too busy giggling with her coworkers to care that my hand was burning plus gave me attitude about what the coffee sleeve was called. Like who cares, my hand is burning?! Customer service is to be desired here.

I don’t often write reviews for big chains, but my recent experience at Starbucks genuinely deserves recognition. From the moment I stepped in, I was taken aback by the beautiful design of the store. It felt more like entering a chic café than a worldwide chain, with cozy nooks perfect for settling down with a laptop and working away from home.

Customer service was top-notch. The baristas were not only friendly but also attentive, ensuring that my order was taken swiftly and delivered to perfection. Speaking of waiting, the time it took for my order to be ready was just right. I appreciated not having to wait too long, yet it was evident that care was taken in preparing my drink.

For anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful spot with excellent service and a conducive environment for work or relaxation, Starbucks definitely won my heart this time around.

Every time I order from this location, it’s never correct. It’s always missing things from my coffee and today my coffee was spilled out in the bag. I really love their coffee but I can’t continue to waste money.

I am so disappointed in this location, and this isnt the first time… but its definitelymy last.

The service and accuracy of orders are unpredictable. It’s 50/50 weither or not you’re going to get a decent barista or accurate drink.

After I use my stars and the money on my giftcards. I will wash my hands of Starbucks.

(I already reported this incident to the 800 # but I wanted to warn other customers)

(IF THAT IS LIGHT ICE, ID HATE TO SEE REGULAR, also foam was supposed to be blended twice and my drink is supposed to look like an over under, not like its been mixed)

I don’t normally go to Starbucks because of the price, but I was early this morning and thought I’d give it a go. I planned to work from there for a bit, but the store was uncomfortably cold I couldn’t stay. They don’t offer any gluten-free options, which was disappointing. I waited 11 minutes for a coffee, and when it finally came, it was iced… even though I clearly said I wanted it hot.They definitely need more help during the morning rush. Between the cold, the long wait, and the lack of options, I won’t be back.
