We previously ordered here and found the staff to be very accommodating. After a while, we needed to use the restroom, which was locked with a code. The staff promptly provided us with the code.

Beautiful location with a spacious interior, located on the edge of what I’d consider downtown proper.
As expected, very busy on the morning commute into Greenville. Friendly staff that prepare drinks to order. The egg bites were fabulous!
I ordered my favorite – Green Tea Frapp with peppermint syrup.

The coffee always tastes great however every time I get my drink it’s 1/3 empty. I understand that Starbucks puts whip cream on top and I’m sure it melts but whip cream should not be 1/3 of a 7$ coffee.

I visit multiple Starbucks each week and this one consistently overfills the cup. It may seem like a minor thing, but when I have to clean up a sticky mess it’s no longer worth paying for. Why can’t you just use a different cup? I won’t stop going to Starbucks but I won’t be visiting this location any longer. Today was the 3rd time in a row I have coffee and caramel all over my cup holder. Never again.

This Starbucks is *slow*—not in terms of time to make your order, but in terms of mental capacity. The order was taken as if someone was a few frapps short of a cino, and both drinks were made the same way: one two inches from the top of the drink, the other like a hot fudge sundae. Perhaps Starbucks needs to bring a training day back to this location.

We ordered 2 coffees a water and 2 GLAZED Donuts they were plain. We placed our order online so it was pretty easy to read. Both coffees were wrong. To top it off the customer service is below sub par. One coffee was at the to go window. And we patiently waited just in case the three workers couldn’t handle the one person in drive thru. We weren’t greeted and no one asked what we were waiting for or if we needed help. We were the only people in the building. We asked if that was our drink and the gentlemen rudely handed it over and rolled his eyes. Don’t waste your time going to this location the one Augusta is busier but at least they get the order right and say hello…..
