Every visit I am greeted with a smile and the most courteous and kind treatment. They make my drink custom to my order. I just love it there! All of the staff are always knowledgeable of the menu and they remember my order when I come through the door. The store is always clean and in order…that really does make a difference! Anthony usually takes our order and he is so helpful and kind. Love coming here!

Today I went in the afternoon for some coffee with a friend of mine and there was an employee her name is Calley. She was the kindest person, also very helpful was knowledgeable. She helped with some nutritional facts. That just made me feel so confident in the order and just a good time getting coffee. She didn’t just do her job as expected she went the extra mile to make sure that everything went smoothly. Everyone there is just very helpful and point people into the right direction with a smile. I stopped in on the first day of the Christmas menu for my favorite Starbucks drink, the Sugar Cookie Latte. I arrived and it was super busy, but the ENTIRE staff was working so hard. I had some customizations and my drink was made perfectly. Anthony was so friendly greeting everyone and making such an effort to help customers coming to pickup their orders. For how busy it was, they did an amazing job.

Just like to share a great experience as always at the Hwy 21 Statesville location. I understand there’s ppl that don’t like Starbucks for one reason or another, which is fine. We all have those. But for me, I go where I feel like I’m being heard as a customer and not a number. Drive -thru, pick up my Venti Latte made with Vanilla Sweet Cream, park to make a call and I see my message today!!

The staff were friendly and attentive. I got the cheese danish, which was really dry. But you can have a dry biscuit from bojangles. I would recommend this place.

We came after church and my sister ordered a vanilla latte and the gave her a pumpkin latte which she is ALLERGIC to pumpkin. I’m not sure how they misheard vanilla for pumpkin. Also 1 staff member was a bit rude.

Absolutely rude customer service.when we approached the counter the girl who was behind the counter just stood there silently looking as us no greeting at all. After taking the order still no interaction with us as customers. The only words she spoke was when she said “$10.46”. I paid for my drinks and no thank no nothing . I will not be back

So! I wanted to write this review because an employee by the name of Melanie was literally the most patient and supportive employee! I couldn’t remember the order my sister gets me and she just was so kind in helping me narrow it down! Literally so helpful! And just overall probably the best experience I’ve had!! Not only that by but chance she was assisting the other Starbucks the same week, I had the same request because I couldn’t remember but AGAIN she was so very kind. Literally. The best. Kudos to Starbucks you guys gave great employees here!

Very disappointed with this location. No matter how many times I ask they still don’t get the drinks right. This is NOT a Dragon Drink, this is a Dragonfruit Refresher. I let them know twice it needs the coconut milk!! I was so frustrated and left. My daughters coffee was also missing the whipped cream. It’s literally on the label. Please train your baristas better!
