Love the Staff here. Great people, friendly & cheerful every time I hit the drive thru. Always make my orders correct- I have a lactose allergy so that’s huge for me bc I know after two sips if it’s milk or oatmilk in the cup. Clean location. Always fast & friendly service.

My drink was made wrong . They remade with no issues even though the second one wasn’t quite right either. This was my first time at this. The customer service was subpar but will try again in the future to give another chance. The store itself was well decorated + clean.

I did not catch the ladies name who answered my dire call that morning. I waited 30 minutes for them to show up. My wife wanted Starbucks and by God she was getting it. I mean,every man knows you don’t come back empty handed. The lady who took my order was sympathetic and they were quick. My wife was waiting and her patience was wearing thin and when I let the lady ringing me up know that she kicked it into William Shatner saving the whales speed. When I explained further she told me she would have opened early and helped me out but her Expresso machine needed to warm up first and my wife’s extra shot would have been missing. That could have caused the end of everything since you do not mess with the natural order of things. So thank you mam, I woke up this morning because of you!

While this has Never happened, I think maybe the milk or something was bad. The latte I got was awful . Couldn’t do it, and so needed it, as midday blah was starting. This had to have been an accident by staff, as they are always Super, coffee always Quality, service is super. Will try to try it again sometime.

Location is understaffed. Although they were up front about the possibility of long wait times, we waited nearly a half hour for our drinks. I am also disappointed that Starbucks discontinued the raspberry syrup.

My husband and I used to go to Dunkin frequently. This Starbucks has ended that! We are greeted every time we walk in with smiles!! We have taught ourselves on how to order..lol. Every coffee we have purchased has not disappointed. DUNKIN was often hit or miss. We are now Starbuck fans. Hot, tasty coffees!!
