Poor service, decided to lock the doors and have a staff meeting in the lobby in the middle of business hours with the drive through wrapped around the building and mobile orders scheduled for lobby pick up. Waited over half an hour for a preordered coffee.

Impressively managed store and staff. I want to say for a “young” generation the employees seemed to genuinely care about the service and quality of the coffee and food served. I spoke with Layla or Kayla (can’t remember the name) the store manager and she seemed to really care about her employees and cleanliness of the store. I live in Raleigh and was in the area visiting and really preferred this atmosphere more. Thanks for the Java Chip guys!! Best coffee I have had in a while!!

My wife and I come by between 5-8 times a week. The staff are always upbeat and friendly. They know us by our Venti flat white order and of course pup cups too. I just wanted to say thank you for your great service and an atmosphere of hospitality and personal care. We very much appreciate it.
