I normally love this location. Everyone is normally over the top friendly. Especially this one young man. Don’t know his name but his customer service is TOP NOTCH. I hope he’s still there, honestly. But today, I waited for literally over 20 minutes which okay, they’re busy. Not a huge deal. But, after waiting so lomg, I’d expect my breakfast sandwich to br warm. Nope. They grabbed it out the fridge, stuck it in the bag and said “here ya go.” It was COLD. Not in the sense of it sat out after heating but as in it was never heated. The drink was good. But that was it. The little girl in there was nice but not overly friendly. The whole vibe this time was weird as heck. I don’t know, I’m still irritated that they gave me a cold sandwich. Like, it’s not subway. You don’t get a choice of heated or not. Just weird.

The best person in the work crew is named Brandon. He’s the only ONLY ONLY!!! person who can get every complicated drink correct. Tbh, my family waits for his arrival. “Did you know you can give personal tips?, just write their name on an envelope” So they don’t have to split the tip. Js, What we all do.

This is my favorite Starbucks in town. They’re always so kind and they make my coffee so good! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and they’ve only messed up my drink twice which isn’t bad at all because they will remake it. Drive thru is great and I really enjoy sitting down and having my coffee. Very clean and well stocked. Their service is very quick and on the busy hours it’s still not too bad of a wait.

Terrible service. Every time I order like ten minutes ahead I wait another twenty for my food. How hard is it to open a pre made croissant and put it into another bag. Ridiculous.
