Stopped at this location while traveling with family. There were two guests seated and no one in line. No one greeted us when we walked in nor did anyone say anything when I walked to the register. I opted for whole milk with the caramel macch. That was a mistake because my entire drink tastes like whole milk and no expresso, this is my usual. I used points to redeem this drink which makes even more disappointing that it tastes horrible. Additionally we were waiting for our orders in the seated area and our names were never called. So we were just sitting until I checked the counter. No customer service interaction at all. The young lady that took my order appeared short patient when one of my kids wanted to change their order. Very helpful! Store was clean but the first bathroom had poop in the toilet when I entered. Clearly the staff had not cleaned it.

I ordered my drinks online 20 mins before getting to the store and when i arrived only ONE of my 3 drinks were ready amd they were getting other orders out and i dont understand how you only make one drink in the order and skip the others. I was inside for 10 min before asking for my money back as nothing that i ordered was ready. They could of atleast given me the drink that was sitting there for 20 mins with the foam all fallen to the bottom. Deff disappointed. They need better organization.

I always order the same thing but today I wanted to try something new. I went through the drive-thru and the lady helped me decide and was very patient in describing new products. A friendly smile greeted me out the window and I love the cortado she suggested. ❤️

I ordered a white chocolate mocha w/ strawberry puree. They barely put any puree in my frap and it was basically crushed ice. No coffee flavor, nor white chocolate and couldn’t taste the strawberries nor even see them. It was awful. This is the worst Starbucks location in Rowan and Cabarrus County. Pay alot for something it deserves to taste good.

Went in on Sunday and ordered a hot white chocolate peppermint mocha waited “20” minutes and never got my order. Ended up leaving with NO coffee after paying. This store has issues with getting orders out in a timely manner. Seems worse when you go inside. I am DONE with Starbucks!!! I’ll go to a local coffee shop who appreciates my business. See Ya!!!! ✌️

I come here all the time. It is conveniently located for work (right off I-85 and Jake Alexander – which is the road I exit the highway even though it is technically on Julian). The ladies there are awesome. Sometimes there is a bit of a rush and the ladies get behind, but that is going to happen. I almost always get the Tall Blonde (in a “stay here” cup – as I am usually there for an hour) so there is never really a wait for that. The food is tasty – far too greasy for me to eat outside of a few exceptions (ask me how much I like the Grilled Cheese – I love it!). Nice environment, clean building, clean bathrooms (with the occasional ‘bathroom disaster’ that happens – when I walk into a bathroom like that I just tell the staff and they take care of it immediately), and typically a happy, helpful staff. I do often see the cars lined up around the parking lot – so maybe it will take more than 45 seconds to get your coffee that way!

There’s a young man that wears a beanie and works the drive thru window who is never the friendliest and gets upset when the drinks aren’t made right and you ask him to correct them. Usually don’t have a problem with drinks being made wrong at other Starbucks but this young man always seems to have an issue when I order a doppio espresso. It’s only when he’s there at the window bc I’ve had other young ladies at the window and they make my drink right. Not once or twice has he got an attitude but multiple times. As someone who has social anxiety and hates asking people to remake things that are made wrong, he makes it harder.
