I was greeted when I walked in. I had to wait a couple minutes to place my order. The barista was very friendly and fixed my order immediately. Once you receive your cup there is a drink station that has the cup shields, lid plugs, etc. My drink was as good as usual. I recommend this location in Mt. Airy.

My review goes to the customers who constantly belittle this place for the wait times. Are you going to wait at this location? Yes, even if you place a mobile order on a Friday morning during the summer in Mount Airy that’s a common tourist attraction. They are a pretty busy location, but the staff is great and they try their best. If you’re gonna be in a hurry, I suggest not going to this location because you will wait sometimes. It’s just reality. Just go elsewhere to get coffee. They are not the only place! The employees don’t deserve the constant attitude because you did not leave the house on time for work today. I’ve waited over 35 mins before and I have not complained once. I have worked fast food and Starbucks so I totally understand things happen. This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. I’ve been in some where they had serious attitude problems and there was always constant mistakes. This place has made a few mistakes with me before but always makes it right after and I go on about my day. They are human. It’s gonna happen. Keep up the good work guys. Had to wait 25 minutes to receive 3 shots of espresso, unbelievable. Your company need to better serve your walk in customers, not just at thus store, all your stand alone locations cater more to those who order on apps and drive through. Lady in front if me waited over 30 minutes for her drinks. Sad!!

Delicious!! They made my Chai latte with soy so yummy!! Creamy! The bathroom is pretty clean. No unisex bathroom!! It’s great. I don’t have to see dripping on the floor in front of the toilet. Hee hee.

Lately, my girlfriend and I have experienced issues with our orders. We get Starbucks everyday. When we order drinks from our local Starbucks at Rockford street in mount airy, they usually get the order right, but today instead of putting the correct cold foam, they put peppermint, which I am allergic to. I can handle them putting no cold foam, but slapping a label on the drink stating it’s the white chocolate macadamia and 100% putting another cold foam all together in the drink is dangerous. This isn’t a cross contamination thing either because the taste of peppermint is strong in the drink. I will be calling and reporting this to enterprise as well.

I absolutely love this place!! The drinks are always great even though at times it is busy there is a little wait but that is no problem. Restrooms are clean and the staff is sweet!
