South Side Parkersburg has the best Starbucks EVER!!! THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! The inside and outside of the store is ALWAYS clean. I HIGHLY ADVISE everyone to stop in here at least once. You won’t be disappointed!

Every time I ask for light ice in my drink. When my order comes it’s half full of ice. Today I ask them to remake the drink, it came out with more ice than the previous one. Almost 7 dollars for a drink that’s mostly ice. Listen to your customer.

I come through 2-4 times a day the coffee is absolutely awful in the morning but amazing at night it’s horrible to have to waste 7$ on a coffee you can’t even drink and if you have it remade it tastes just as bad. I’ve never had this issue at any other location just this one

Making a trip from Ohio to North Carolina and I collect the Been There Mugs, so naturally, I had to stop and get my West Virginia mug.
My husband called ahead to confirm they had the mug in stock and the gentleman that answered the phone was so polite and friendly. He offered to hold the mug for us until we got there which meant a lot because those mugs aren’t always easy to come by. We also got a Carmel Ribbon Crunch while there and it was delicious.

Usually, the food and service are perfect but today an unusual safety concern was present at this location. A wiring or electrical issue must have occurred – at the time I entered the store most of the lights were turned off but the store was still operational. The staff did serve my meal and coffee and fortunately they had the issue repaired just as I sat down.

The person with green and purple hair outdid themselves and I wish I could give them a gold medal for how they made my Lavender Cream Matcha. Vienna Starbucks? Couldn’t be bothered to get out the clumps of Matcha. But this Starbucks? Incredible. Beautiful drinks. Always coming back to this one.

I go to Starbucks daily if not twice a day. It is upsetting to get the same two drinks everytime and they are never made the same. My blonde vanilla latte taste nothing like it should. And the cold brew taste like a cup full of just creamer. The people seem to be nice. But the drinks need work.
