This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. Two employees working when we walked in. They looked up but seemed to ignore us. We stood at the counter for close to 10 minutes before one of them finally came and took our order. They kept arguing over which one should take the order. The store was filthy with clutter everywhere. It looked like their shipment had arrived and it was all in boxes falling over in the doorway. No towels in the bathrooms at all. I only saw one trash can in the store and it was overflowing. Our drinks were correct and hot but store itself and the employees need some serious supervision.

They use to be my favorite starbucks to come to… but for the last almost year I have only came to this one a few times because the have not been able to get my drink made right at all… I always order a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappé adding a single shot of blonde espresso and extra Caramel drizzle. And I get a drink that does not taste like and flavor is in except alot of milk/cream and espresso with whip cream and little Caramel drizzle and little bit of the crunch on top. Not what I wanted at all… I have been disappointed several times I have ordered from this one in the last year. I guess I will not be coming back to this one anymore…

Around a week and an half ago I had what was the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. It is rare that I leave reviews, but I could not let this go unnoticed. Upon walking up to order I could feel how uncomfortable and unwelcoming the environment was. I was treated rudely, like just being there was an inconvenience for them. It is not like I was there with a bunch of people placing tons of orders. It was just me and my daughter. Waiting for our drinks took a long time which I understand, but there was not many people there. The staff was very slowly making our drinks due to them talking negatively about the job. I understand not enjoying your job, but loudly discussing in an obnoxious tone about how many write ups you have and how terrible the company is does not make people trust you with their drinks. I always enjoyed this location because there was a drive thru, but I will not be coming back.

Did a mobile order. It was ready quick. 2 venti coffee and 2 breakfast sandwiches and dessert. Staff was helpful and courteous. It’s close to TA truck stop and better than the coffee there. Would stop again.

It’s a massive problem if I have to come on here and give a 1 star for the shitty treatment my Fiance gets every time he goes there for a delivery. I NEVER hear good things about this place. Everyone else is greeted except him. He is ignored and whenever he gets any response, it’s dripping with cattiness and bitchiness. You work at Starbucks in WEST VIRGINIA lmao. Your employees have zero reason to be catty. Grow up, you’re a 3 on a good day. Edit: Your generic copy and paste response means nothing. This store has already been reported to corporate.
