Your standard Starbucks located in the heart of Charleston. This place becomes quite busy and traffic can come from both directions to get in the drive thru line making it congested and a little confusing for people not from the area. I avoid peak hours but otherwise this is a good place to get some coffee and a pastry. I had a good experience with the staff and as usual I just let them make me their favorite or to “surprise me”. I like everything and I don’t know enough about the Starbucks menu to be an expert so this is a good way for me to try all of the varieties.

I typically place a mobile order for the drive thru and although they are quick in service even with the long lines, the quality in product is lacking.
This location is a hit and miss for me. Sometimes drinks are made wrong and I don’t have time to go back in for them to fix. When I get food it seems like it is left in the oven too long and burnt making it inedible and then sloppily tossed in the bag.
Today I got an Iced Caramel Macchiato with some modifications and it came with a whole coffee bean floating in my drink. Beans fly all over the place refilling the hoppers on top of the espresso machines, but this could have been a bug or a piece of jewelry or who knows what else and was not caught by the barista to be remade. Thankfully this time it was just a bean.

Very fast moving line in the Briest is well, very friendly and talkative with customers 🙂 they made my triple shot of espresso just the way I love it !!! The store was clean and prompt !

As with most Starbucks locations, we found the staff at this particular establishment to be welcoming and kind. The quality of the coffee was consistent with the high standards we have come to expect from Starbucks. When embarking on road trips, Starbucks is our top choice for coffee due to the consistency in both product and service.

This Starbucks is now how I will measure all other Starbucks! We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott across the parking lot & stopped in for early breakfast. We were greeted by several staffers when we entered. They weren’t even the staffers that took our order. We were able to put our order in pretty quickly and sit and have a quiet & delicious quick breakfast. When we left, staffers called out their goodbyes & thank you’s. This is a busy starbucks – even before 7am there was a wrap around line of cars for the drivethru and there were 9 staff members working that shift. If/when I’m back in the area I will make it a point to stop in again.

Not my favorite location at all. This last time there was no one in Cafe waiting, 3 cars in drive through and one waiting to order and 4 workers up front. I mobiled ordered 10 mins prior to coming and still waited 21 mins even after notifying the batista I was there. Then received my drink drove off and realized they made it with regular milk when soy was on the cup and i have a dairy sensitivity ♀️ so end of the day it was a wasted trip

Two drinks on two different occasions they’ve messed up. We ordered a summer skies then the dragon drink. Both didn’t have the right mix. This is not a Starbucks I would recommend.
