The 2 stars is for convenience to my house they always have new staff that don’t know how to make drinks correctly! The sizing of cups are always different than ordered! The tastes of the drinks never taste the same and that really bugs me

I remember a time when Starbucks treated you nice and was worth the price but the one located inside FoodCity in Bluefield Va has rude employees and service there stinks you can tell how they are trained. The woman that took my wife’s order was rude acted like she couldn’t understand what was being ordered or what they sell

Great to have a Starbucks in Bluefield finally!!
Located inside the Food City building it’s certainly a great draw for them. I’m happy with where it is personally, it’s right off 460 and while not as convenient as a standalone building it’s not a burden to pop inside the store.

Messed up on my order despite me double checking they had the items in stock. Their food menu is already dry extremely limited so I’m not sure how they couldn’t figure out if they had the items or not. Anyway, getting a refund required me going to the supermarket’s customer service and it wasted a lot of time. Never did get anything from here and you can’t order ahead through the app. I won’t ever bother trying again.
