Wow!! Another awesome brand experience at this Amazing Feelgood Starbucks where every single barista represents The Brand with gusto!
Kristin, especially, is most probably an Angel in Barista Garb! Sweetest, most adorable Barista ever. A smile to lift off all of your heavy loads! Genuine care and exceeding patience with a weary minded traveler already driven 2700 miles on the road from the West Coast!! All with bright sincere smiles at 12:20 PM on a Holiday Monday! All CHEERFUL!! Wishing regulars to have a good day!! Yes, truly, All Starbucks Associates who care to say hello and Farewell!!
Ok, ok! Once again they must have a great manager who encourages good community among the Baristas!! Wish all SBux were like this, like the good old days, when all Baristas didn’t take for granted their good pay and benefits and really cared about customers and getting the orders perfect!

I had a great experience at this Starbucks in Christiansburg! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and service was quick even during a busy time. The store was clean and well-kept, with a comfortable atmosphere to relax or get some work done. Plenty of parking nearby made it convenient, and the location is easy to access. Drinks were made perfectly and tasted fresh. A great stop for coffee lovers in the area!

I placed an order through the app and it was ready right when I arrived, super quick and convenient! The drink was made just the way I like it, and everything went smoothly.
The inside of the store was very clean and well-organized. I especially loved checking out their display of cups and tumblers, it was fully stocked and had a great variety. I always enjoy browsing through the new designs when I stop in.
Overall, it was a fast, easy, and pleasant visit. Great service, clean store, and exactly what I needed!

I’m typically not much of a Starbucks fan, but this one is really nice and feels like a more of a true coffee shop vibe. You will be served in a mug if you dine in. Drive through is great service, too.

Shelby is fabulous! She is always kind and friendly, and often the only barista who even looks up when you walk in the store. The drinks are great, but I’ll keep coming back to this location, thanks to the wonderful Ms Shelby.

Good but not the Starbucks I remember when they first opened. The lounge is not cozy and the staff were not as friendly or neat! Prices were a little expensive, but they always have been. I must say I was disappointed in the experience.

I have the absolute worst experiences here at this starbucks and I’ve never had any at any other locations. Today i placed a order for this location. Not only did it take 15 mins to get my coffee when the app said only 3 to 6 but they made it hot when it was supposed to be cold, then remade it but put it in tall cup when it was supposed to be a grande.. literally have never had my coffee right from this loction… ever. I wouldn’t even give it a star but that’s the only way to leave a review.
