“I just wanted to let you know that I could clearly see a difference in how I was treated compared to other customers. The cashier at the Mount Airy Starbucks—whose shift was canceled today—was extremely rude, and the behavior came across as discriminatory. I felt very uncomfortable.”
The only thing I found weird is they don’t have a self help counter where you would normally get your sugar, add milk etc. I suspect this is mostly a drive-through place, which is a shame because this spot is perfect for reading and just chilling with your friends.
