I am extremely unhappy with an interaction I had at this Starbucks involving a third-party delivery driver. I stopped at this location on Sunday 1/18/26 simply because I was in the area and wanted to grab a coffee. I had no knowledge of delivery schedules or patterns.
While attempting to exit the parking lot outside the Starbucks, the delivery driver began shouting at me, yelling and using profanity. He acted as if I should have known his delivery routine and became increasingly hostile when I did not, despite the fact that I was simply a customer stopping by with no knowledge of delivery schedules or procedures.
The behavior was very intimidating, unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. It was severe enough that it has led me to never want to visit this store again solely because of that situation.
During the interaction, the driver escalated further by directing profanity and personal insults at me and my family, calling them “idiots.” This type of conduct is completely unacceptable.
After the incident, I called the store and spoke with the manager, Carter, who was kind, professional, and supportive. He informed me that similar issues with this driver have occurred before, which is deeply concerning.
While I appreciate how the store manager handled the situation, repeated aggressive behavior from third-party delivery drivers should not be occurring on Starbucks property. I strongly urge district leadership to address this issue with the vendor involved. Customers should never be subjected to such verbal abuse or hostility when visiting a store.
As a result of this incident, I no longer feel comfortable visiting this store because the driver’s behavior made me feel unsafe.

Another great experience at Starbucks. It has one of the best coffee in America and the shops are always very well designed . This particular one has beautiful atmosphere, great location, clean and the service is great, Brandon was very nice.
The only negative thing about all Starbucks stories is that they do not offer gluten or lactose free snacks. It would be great if the coffee shop made food available for people with allergies.
But, besides that nothing bad to say.

Great Starbucks with quick service and friendly staff. Plenty of parking in the front and the drive thru line is fairly quick. All of our drink orders were correct. I loved the architecture of the building.

Beautiful new Starbucks WITH DRIVE THROUGH in the Annapolis Neck! This is located next to the CVS and Ebb Tide, across from the Giant Food.
You most likely already know what Starbucks is, so I won’t bore you with the details of how you can get coffee, tea, food, frozen drinks, etc…
This is a high-end store with a environmentally friendly parking lot (rainwater permeable) – which is awesome since it is within a mile from the Back Creek and Bay. There is plenty of seating inside for people working on computers, or imagine this, drinking coffee and eating.
They are fast with their drive-through service and very friendly. The place is very light and open inside, with the full windows facing away from the afternoon sun. SMART.
The two areas of outside seating will be a hit when the weather is nice.

I literally just let the Starbucks within 15 minutes ago. I only had a $100 bill which was total orders under 50.00 had to be paid in smaller bills, no problem I said add the order behind me on my bill. I get the mango dragon fruit drink, with little to no fruit. The barista at the drive thru said this was a full 1 Scoop of dragonfruit in this drink.
I don’t know if he was trying to be funny or something but …..
There is no way that this is ONE FULL SCOOP OF DRAGONFRUIT IN THIS DRINK.
