I just sat in this place long enough to drink almost all of my hot grande sized coffee, waiting for my food. The guy who made them (I’m aware how busy it is in here) is such a low talker, I didn’t hear him say my name. I am on my way somewhere. I don’t have time for this. By the time I went and searched for my food, it was cold.

Blows my mind how someone can stand at the cash register to order and be ignored for a good few minutes. Poor customer service. Could at least get acknowledged and an “I’ll be with you shortly”. I understand being busy but ignoring customers is rude. Not the first time experiencing this either.

I have a 2 and a half hour drive across pa and I get told sorry have a good day….
Buying two ventis with the extra shot and my business in blooms urg speaks as well I spent a lot on Starbucks no one else gas stations are free coffe dunkin is imation and flavor but now this Starbucks is just not existent to me.
This is rather unfortunate.

The staff was more worried about the drive through than taking care of the line of customers at the counter and kept looking over and then looking at each other like are you going to go or do i have to. Then after waiting for about 5-8 minutes someone came out from the back and started taking orders for the line of customers

I used to love going to the Starbucks location but the past couple times that I’ve gone the customer service just has not been very good. The attitudes when asking simple questions or trying to use points and getting the eye roll. I thought it was just a one-off but then I stopped in again and got the same reaction.

I’ve tried to really give them a chance. It’s so close to where I live and it’s the only reason I’ve gone there. I ordered a venti and it had ice all the way to the top giving maybe 1 cup of drink (if that). Then the day after I go back and ask for a different drink a caramel frap no whip and they added whip and instead of making a new one they just poured more drink into the cup covering it. So when I start drinking, I move my cup around to swirl the drink to mix in the crunch topping and the whip just turns right up.
Idk if their employees changed or what but the service has been subpar for the company!

I walked in to order my coffee. When I went to add sugar to my coffee, I noticed an orange-red object sitting in top of the ice. No big deal, these things happen. But the attitude I got when I asked for it to be redone was crazy.
I pointed it out to the girl at the counter and asked for another. No apology, no comment, just a disgusted face, snatched it off the counter, and walked away with the drink. I watched her angrily dump it, aggressively throw out the cup, and make another. When she came back, she placed it on the counter, said nothing, and just walked away.
I go to Starbucks for the better quality coffee. I don’t think I should pay that much to be treated like I’m an inconvenience. I mean, it’s it really an inconvenience to not have a random object floating in your drink?

Another one bites the dust. Asked for a cold brew with a quarter inch of cream. I was given a cold brew with 3/4 cream. Similar to most of the other one star reviews for this location. You will see a reoccurring theme of poor performance when making drinks for their customers. I am not talking about personalities like some other reviewers. I get it, going to work can be a drag. Although a smile is pleasant it is not required. However making the product I am paying for is. I wonder how many full cups of coffee made it to the trash can like mine did. Like this review if that’s where yours ended up.

These bathrooms were VILE. Both seats in both bathrooms were covered in piss and one had a nasty long hair on the seat . Both floors covered in tp and nasty. I no joke was about to piss myself I had to go so bad and I still left to go somewhere else it was that gross.
