It’s in a mall having ACME, nail shop, Crunch gym, etc. High ceiling with white color, plenty tables and chairs, soft light, great service with drive through. It was comfortable to stay there and enjoy the coffee.

Reading some of these reviews is both entertaining and saddening. Why do people think they deserve an optimum atmosphere at a random Starbucks?? “I couldn’t do my work because the music…”, “The workers wash the dishes too loudly…”, “The workers have the gall to sing along with the music…”.
Sounds like a bunch of left-wing Karens to me. Grow up… The world happens around you. If you want a quiet atmosphere, go to the library, not a Starbucks where everyone is blitzed off of multiple large coffees.

I came in to get coffee and work for about 2 hours while PECO turned off the power at my house for tree work. I work from home so I thought Starbucks would be a good place to work in this instance. The music was so loud that it made it very difficult to concentrate and hard to participate in the short meeting I had scheduled. I’ll find a co-working space instead next time.

Ordered a nitro cold brew. The person who took the order was welcoming and pleasing. He very well tried to understand when I asked him for an extra lid and gave me one. Easy drive through. Nice outdoor seating setup.

This place doesn’t feel like it’s for customers—it feels more like a playground for the Starbucks crew. They shout at each other across the store, joke around loudly, and even sing along to the music at full volume, paying little attention to the comfort of the customers.
Even when washing dishes or cleaning, they make unnecessarily loud noises, and the music is often played at a volume that is painful to the ears. I love Starbucks, but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.
There’s an elderly couple who visits frequently, and every time they walk in, their eyes widen with clear discomfort. I suspect they, too, may stop coming soon. I believe Starbucks should place greater emphasis on crew training and attitude.
This store is in a great location and has a beautifully designed interior, but every time I visit, there are only two or three groups of customers at most. I strongly believe this is due to the crew’s behavior.
I truly hope Starbucks can return to being a welcoming and comfortable space for the community.

Starbucks overall has good drinks and the food items are decent. The issue I had on this particular trip was a total lack of quality on the drink order. Prices are increasing and some stores seem to have less enthusiastic workers. Don’t fill a drink up half way and just add more milk or cream to make it look like a full drink. A customer should not have to contact or tag a store for issues like this. My drink was half filled and just topped off with more cream. I specifically requested a small amount of cold foam but instead got half a drink and more cold foam.

This spot is my daily spot. I come in here, see workers like Mar, Kiwi, Taylor, Mary, Stacy, and Rasheed (new hire who I hope gets to stay), and they make working remote less lonely. All the regulars love them.

Within the past few weeks we have been greeted very poorly here. I am a frequent and this Starbucks and have become extremely disappointed with the service. It seems to be a lot of teenagers which is great, but they can never get our orders right. I order Venti, I get a grande. I order no classic, I get Breve??? The taste of the drinks have become extremely inconsistent. I went the other day and the cashier spilled cold foam all down my car, it stained my seats and got all inside. I got two napkins to clean all of it… Today I ordered 3 drinks which I understand is a lot. However they ask their questions and somehow still get the order wrong. 2/3 drinks were not correct but thank god they had stickers decorated on them right! I would rather get my drinks correct, and faster, than have stickers. We also got a whole bunch of stickers in the cup holder.. but only One drink correct out of Three. The straws are practically opened. I am so so dissatisfied and hopefully there will be better training to take place.

Today I was very disappointed with my coffee. I always ask for sugar and they charge for it. As you can see, the label says it has sugar, but it didn’t. My coffee was disgusting. First, it didn’t have the consistency of a frappe, and second, without sugar, it tasted like pure milk. Horrible!

I used to be a weekly customer at this store but recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the store manager. The drinks have gone downhill, and as someone who’s worked at another location, I can say they don’t even brew their cold brew correctly. I’d recommend going to the store down the street instead. The manager’s behavior alone makes this location not worth supporting.
