I walked in unknowingly 3 minutes to close. They were as friendly and helpful as if they just opened. It was refreshing to have someone act like that rather than refuse service as most young people do. Kudos to the store.

I visited this Starbucks location early this morning, October 18, 2025, after a long 2.5-hour drive. I want to first commend the person who took my order—they were incredibly warm and welcoming, which was a lovely and much-needed start to my day.
However, the experience with the barista who made my drink (a young, short white girl) was extremely poor. This was fresh in the morning and there were very few customers, meaning there was no rush or excessive workload to excuse her behavior.
She failed to put the sleeve on my Grande Hot Caramel Macchiato. When I asked for a sleeve because the cup was too hot to hold, her response was dismissive and rude, saying ‘ooo… sleet…’
When I received the sleeve, I simply asked why she didn’t put it on automatically, as this is standard practice for hot drinks. She did not apologize for forgetting and replied rudely. The frustrating part is that I noticed the drink she had just made for another customer, ‘Mike,’ did have the sleeve on it on the counter.
Her behavior was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. She made the effort to provide the sleeve for another customer but not for me, and then acted sarcastic when asked about the oversight during a slow period. This treatment ruined the positive impression the first employee made. Management needs to urgently address the behavior of this specific barista.

My absolute favorite Starbucks! I look forward to visiting every time I’m out this way. Wish our store in Butler was like this store. Drink is perfect every time and excellent customer service. Don’t ever change a thing!!

This is a newish location for 2020 (might’ve been completed 2019) but the locals here in Appalachia seem pleased…at least with the gigantic, sugary, green slushy-looking beverages. Don’t know matcha bout those myself. Seems a far cry from the Japanese tradition.
Covid weirdness currently means no sitting down anywhere, inside or outside. Wildly compliant store setup at the moment. Feels like a line for a ride at an amusement park. Haha, I appreciate the dedication. I came for the free WiFi but ended up having to sit in my car until I gave up on the awkwardness of it all. Despite the masks, I still think the servers were smiling, so the staff experience was pleasant.
The nitro cold brew I had was nice, a little weak on the flavor profile but refreshing at least. Also had a spinach feta wrap. They’re expensive microwaved sandwiches, but I keep buying and consuming them, so… Standard Starbucks stuff.

While I like their coffee, Starbucks needs to do something about their display cases, their were flies inside the display case on the pastries, needless to say, I won’t be buy any here at this store. Staff is friendly but the flies were a big turn off.

This Starbucks was so lovely to stop into on our way back to Pittsburgh. The baristas were all very kind and gave great customer service. Shoutout to Janet and the rest of the crew working with her on October 1st! The drinks were very well & quickly made and they tasted delicious. 10/10 would visit again if it weren’t so far away. Thanks!

Definately not somewhere I go all the time. Personally I think it is way over priced! We stopped on the way home from a trip I got a pineapple and matcha drink, it was very good but a small was over $5 and definitely not that big. Would go more often if it was less expensive
