Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. It took them 20 minutes to make one iced coffee. And it’s not like they were short staffed I could see 1 or 2 employees just standing around not doing anything while I was waiting

I spent $15 on two drinks (I knew I would be) and one of them was wrong and the other drink was complete ice to the point I had an inch of ice on the top of my coffee with no drink. It actually looks like someone took a couple sips of my drink before giving it to me. Absolutely ridiculous to be spending that money in the first place but understandable with it being a chain. Would atleast expect to be getting the correct coffees along with actually coffee involved.

I come to this location often as it is convenient for me, however, every time without fail, if I order an iced beverage it is filled to the brim with ice. In a venti I get less liquid than a grande. I usually try to order with lite ice ( only at this location) but in every case that I forget it is just a disappointment and waste.

Why are all of the baristas here so rude? I picked up a drink a few weeks ago and the barista looked at me like I had 3 heads. No thank you, no welcome in, completely unprofessional and extremely rude. I don’t think I’ve ever been in such a miserable Starbucks before. Going to avoid this store as much as possible. The Barnes and Noble cafe down the road is much friendlier!

Yesterday, I placed a mobile order for a nitro cold brew and waited in the designated online pickup area for over 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I was never acknowledged by any of the staff during that time. Eventually, the nitro keg kicked, and my order disappeared from the app without any explanation or refund. I ended up losing $6.99 and left without the drink I paid for. I understand things happen, but better communication and acknowledgment of waiting customers would have gone a lot smoother. I reached out to Starbucks corporate to avoid giving a negative review but haven’t heard from anyone.

It’s with regret that I leave a 1-star review for this particular Starbucks location. While I’ve been a frequent customer, the level of service has unfortunately been consistently poor. Issues with mobile orders being incorrectly prepared – often receiving iced drinks when hot was specifically requested on the app – have been a recurring problem. While these mistakes happen, the dismissive attitude received when pointing them out is truly what’s disappointing.
Today’s experience was particularly disheartening. Encountering a glitch with the app while trying to use my rewards, I visited the store hoping for a little understanding. Instead, I was met with a team leader who seemed uninterested in helping, citing a “dead zone” and the impending 20 minute closing time as reasons for their inaction, despite me showing proof of the order attempt on my phone using my Starbucks rewards.
The stark contrast in service at another Starbucks location I visited immediately after highlights the significant difference in customer care. It’s a shame, as the convenience of this location is appealing, but the consistently poor service has made it clear that my business is better appreciated elsewhere. I hope management takes these recurring issues seriously (however the attitude seemed to be coming from the team leader) to improve the overall customer experience.

I was in the area yesterday May 16th 2025 and wanted to give this location another try. I tried ordering and it’s now listed at closed. Drove by to so see if it was really closed and it was so I ordered from another location with friendly service.

I know Starbucks is expensive, I’m not out of touch. $5.95 for a “24oz” Iced Venti Matcha Latte seemed steep, but it’s Friday, and I wanted to do something nice for myself for a change.

Well… There was so much ice in my drink, it barely left space for 8-10 oz of the actual beverage.They aren’t even trying to hide these deceptive practices anymore.

This isn’t about the $7.00 (after tax) I spent for a massive cup of ice.

This is about the insulting and disheartening disregard for people, where every ounce of goodwill is sacrificed in pursuit of extracting the most possible value from them. It’s inescapable, and I’m tired of expanding my ‘do not revisit’ list.

The decent service and polite smile I was given by the staff felt like a middle finger. As if by them pretending not to notice, I was meant to seem ungrateful for this $7.00 disappointment.

It might seem like I’m overreacting and in isolation, that’s definitely true. It’s just a drink, just a $7.00 lesson. But I have no patience for this anymore.
