This is definitely my favorite Starbucks! The coffee is always perfect and I just love the sweet little notes they leave on my cup. The baristas are so incredibly friendly, too. If anything is ever off, they’re always so happy to fix it for you. Such a treat!

Lindsey and the other workers here on Camp road make me feel like family! Every time I pull through the drive through I am greeted with genuine joy and appreciation that can change the tone of my entire day. They are welcoming, hospitable, and consistent! This morning at 7:10 am I went through the drive-through at camp Road my normal location. I’m always greeted with respect and normally the staff is so sweet. But today I had the worst experience with the so called “team leader”. She was absolutely the worst, so rude, had an attitude, and had the audacity to yell “BYE” out the window before I finish getting the rest of my order. This all stemmed because I got a Venti iced chai with no ice and a Venti ice on the side. Normally, when I get my drink, it is filled to the top. But today she handed me a half filled drink and then gave me attitude when I questioned it. I told her I’m here every day and this has never been a problem. I’m sure other times I go they fill the cup with extra milk or whatever. She did ask if I wanted milk on the side in a rude manor but at that point she had me so mad after being so nasty I said no. This child needs to go back to school and learn some etiquette and manors. Rant over.

This is the only Starbucks I’ll ever go to because the team is always attentive, extremely kind, and so helpful and I leave with a smile every time. Lindsey is who I typically deal with and she is absolutely amazing! Just the utmost customer service and this team is why no matter what my coffee needs are, I will come here every time!! They all deserve raises in my eyes! Thank you for making my work day bearable!
