I have long been a patron of this specific Starbucks but today was unacceptable. I mobile-ordered a Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew, specifically because it doesn’t have chocolate in it. My girlfriend is allergic to chocolate. When I walked inside to pick it up, I noticed the cold foam on top was brown, so I asked the barista who had made it if it had any chocolate in it, to which her response was “No, I just used dark caramel on accident.” I took her word for it and took the coffee. My girlfriend took one sip of it and immediately started feeling the soreness in her throat, telling her that it was indeed chocolate. After looking at the bottom of the cup, you could see chocolate had settled there also. She didn’t drink any more of it and took Benadryl, but if she had consumed more it would’ve likely been a trip to the hospital. When I called to tell the store about the situation, I was told “Yeah, that’s not supposed to have any chocolate in it. Sorry. I’ll make sure everyone is following recipes.” No question about who the barista may have been that made it and dismissed my question about the coffee, no reimbursement, no asking how to make things right, just a sorry. I’m livid.

Typical Starbucks place. The staff were friendly. It looked really clean on the inside. Ordered a matcha latte and a cherry chai. Order came out in a timely manner.Sat here for quite a while in a meeting. Noticed most people seemed to order via drive through. Not a bad place. Probably be back. I’m not big on Starbucks to begin with.

I was having a rough day today and was needing a little pick-me up! I work right next door and knew a lot of my coworkers like Starbucks! I had personally never tried it, but something cold, sweet, and energizing was sounding good.
Heading next door, the first thing I noticed was the peace and quiet. It was exactly the kind of thing I was hoping for; a low stress environment was perfect. Pick-up orders are a life-saver on the days where you don’t feel like socializing much, y’know?
Anyways! Everyone was so sweet, and whoever made my drink did absolutely amazing. I had never had a frap before, but it sounded good! And let me tell you.. It WAS GOOD! (It tasted like an oreo and was absolutely perfect! It was the pick me up I was hoping for!)
In actuality, I genuinely believe I’ve been converted to a Starbucks girl, haha! Thank you guys so much!

Drive thru order only. I’ve never experienced Starbucks. My daughter likes it. We stopped to pickup a drink for the road; nothing special. THIRTY minutes later, back on the road. That’s a bit much?!

Ordered their coffee which was adequate but definitely not something worth raving over, and a bagel toasted lightly buttered and with cream cheese. It took a while till ready which in their case meant toasted, tossed in a bag, with a wrapped hard pat of butter and a small pack of cream cheese. Nothing for spreading the butter and cream cheese, so had to use a stir stick. (doesn’t work well) The bagel was like biting into wonder bread, way to soft and you wonder if you made a mistake coming to Starbucks. On another occasion I tried their hot chocolate and was disappointed too, it was too watery as they cheaped out on the chocolate. The seating area is the nicest part of the experience, hmmm, maybe I should bring my own coffee and treats? Needless to say, not a fan of Starbucks.

Last three times I’ve gone here and ordered a latte I’m not sure what it is they even gave me. This stores killing me lately may have to go across the street. Now as of 2/16 it’s gotten worse I’ll go to the new coffee shop from now on.
