I’m usually hopping in around 6AM, to grab my caffeine on my way to work in Albany. It’s nothing short of friendly service with a cheery smile while handing off my coffee. The best part, I’m not waiting in a drive thru line that is notoriously at least 25-30 minutes at the Starbucks on Aviation Road in Queensbury 10 minutes away. I appreciate your friendly service and warm smile. Keep up the great work!

This is your regular standard Starbucks. Good location, same variety and quality of products. This visit was around 6 PM on a Sunday, so the store could really use a cleaning, but they were probably getting ready to close down and take care of all that.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. The store was absolutely filthy inside, which should’ve been my first red flag. But the real issue was the incredibly rude service.
I travel for work and always have to get my food tax exempt. I have all the paperwork, and I know it’s something that can be done with a simple button at the register. When I told the barista, that I was going to need her to do tax exempt she snapped back with the nastiest tone “You’re gonna need me to what??!” She wasn’t just confused which could have been somewhat understandable, she was dismissive, unprofessional, and had zero interest in even trying to figure it out.
When I asked for a manager, she said she was the shift lead, but still refused to make any effort to figure it out. It’s one thing to not know how to do something, but to treat a customer with that kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. I understand that tax exempt is kind of annoying but it’s not that weird. Also all places do tax exempt and I know for a fact starbucks does it because I’ve had no issues a other starbucks locations.
Between the filthy store and the rude, unhelpful staff, this location was a complete embarrassment to the Starbucks brand.

This might be my favorite Starbucks. I’ve been stopping here on my drive between NYC and Burlington, VT for the last 7 years or so. It is spacious, the service is so fast, and the staff is just the best. Lately, I have found it cleaner and friendlier than ever. Loved the little messages sharpied on my drinks today! Ridiculously slow, I’ve worked at Starbucks. There’s a method to the madness and our experience was just madness. Management has to wake up and remember the basics. A customer shouldn’t have to wait a half hour for a 4 car drive through. The employees inside were not engaged with the order process and flow.

Tons of indoor seating and a good amount of outdoor seating as well.
Staff are friendly, professional and polite.
