I would have given five stars for the food accept that they lack consistency.
I’m kind of old school so I always steered clear of starbucks because I always thought it was way too pretentious.
However , one day I was broke down nearby and needed a coffee , so I stopped in and grabbed myself a cup. Anyway, the only thing I knew about Starbucks was from what I saw on tv with people ordering their double latte, cold foam, two squirts of sweetener, three squirts of vanilla, oat milk, shaken, not stirred, blah blah blah.
So since I was there and I didn’t want to feel out of place , I figured I should try something new , but had no clue as to what to order. I told the dude behind the counter that I wanted something strong and light and sweet so he suggested the iced shaken espresso venti ristretto with whole milk.
I love espresso and the triple shot had me sold , so I got a cup and it was actually quite awesome. The next time, however, I was disappointed because ause the cup was over three quarters full of ice and there was hardly any coffee in it.
So not having my coffee fix satisfied.I went back inside and ordered a small one with no ice and poured it into my existing cup of ice… It filled the cup.
Jump ahead about a week I was nearby and decided to go in and order another one , and this time I figured I’d play it smart and ask for very little ice.
They honored my request. However , they filled the remainder of the cup with milk to make sure the cup was full, completely losing that wonderful espresso flavor that I love.
I figure I got this down to a science now, right?I know exactly how to order it. But I’m still wondering why I couldn’t just order it.The way I did the first time and get it like that.
Anyway, I customized my order to say I want an iced shaken espresso venti ristretto with whole milk but don’t fill my cup to the top with the rest being milk. But now I’m thinking my cup’s not going to be full.I don’t know how to get across to these people that I want my coffee exactly the way they served it to me.The first time I got it and loved it.
I asked the lady suggestion behind the counter and she told me to order it with little ice and more room. Exactly as I suspected there was room in the top of the cup , leaving me with less coffee once again… and I actually saw the guy that was making my coffee dump the remainder of the mixing cup into the sink instead of adding it to my cup.
The last time I got an extra shot of espresso and now it’s just too expensive , so I just stopped going to starbucks. Now I go to walmart and buy their forty eight ounce container of espresso and I buy the walmart italian sweet cream. It’s not exactly the same , but at least I know what i’m getting each time and it costs way less money.
My point here is that if they would have been consistent, I would’ve been back there every day ordering that same coffee drink.

Honestly with so many Starbucks being kind of a hit or miss and some staff seeming overworked and stressed which makes the customer stressed I kind of avoid Starbucks. But when I come to this location, Isaiah makes me feel so much more chill. Like a real coffee shop, lol now Starbucks used to be. Starbucks please hire more staff and when you do, hire lore Isaiah’s !

Not much to say, this is a typical corporate Starbucks. The coffee was excellent, wait time was minimal. Employees were very friendly. Only got coffee, no food, so can’t comment on that other than I’m not a fan of the food at Starbucks in general. But for those who do like it, I’m sure you will have an excellent experience at this Starbucks.

I have always had positive experiences at Starbucks until today. My interaction with Rebecca was disappointing. She came across in a rude tone, condescending, and passive-aggressive. When I addressed my concerns, the response felt insincere, consisting of a brief apology and then offered of a coupon rather than a genuine effort to resolve the issue. On top of it all my order was wrong.
I value friendly and respectful customer service. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes it helps improve future interactions.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. My frappe was completely liquid, the hot coffee was barely lukewarm, and the food tasted off. For the price, I expect better quality and consistency. This experience was honestly terrible, and I hope this location improves their standards.

Ordered a cup of milk and an oatmeal this morning. There was no line inside the store when I entered and my order was taken almost immediately. Though the staff was friendly, I don’t know why that could have possibly taken over 10 minutes to prepare? Waiting was making me late for an appointment and I left after 12 minutes without getting my food. What a waste of money.

Service isn’t consistent at this location. It shouldn’t take more than 10-20 minutes for one or two lattes with only 2 other cars in the drive thru. I’m genuinely confused why this location is so slow. Employees are nice but service is soooo slow. This is not the location for quick service.

Went to Starbucks at 2:03pm to get a ice matcha latte with oatmilk. I noticed on my cup that they draw all over my cup. So Unprofessional. I am convinced it’s someone’s cup they pour my drink in. Definitely will not be coming back here to buy anything!
