Update as of 2/28: still no better. It’s the closest Starbucks to my house so I still go here, and I deal with the bad coffee because I need the caffeine fix. But cmon, really? I ordered a hot latte and they didn’t even fill the cup and there’s no foam. Included the picture below
Every time I go to this Starbucks, my drink doesn’t taste right. The other west bab Starbucks on montauk highway gets it right every time. But for some reason even a simple latte here tastes off. One time I ordered a pecan cortado and they didn’t put any pecan in it. At other Starbucks’ I could ask for three sugars in my coffee and it would taste like three sugars. Here it tastes like none. Just very confused why nothing ever tastes right. I guess the food is fine tho because that’s pre packaged

I usually get great drinks here from the baristas who really know how to make them. Sometimes a drink isn’t made correctly, and a few baristas could use a bit more training, but it’s still one of my favorite Starbucks.

I was disappointed at the customer service. There is a female there, maybe the manager, no one really spoke but her. She was very rude and defensive.
I asked a question because I received an update, order was ready for pick up inside. I went inside and waited about 10 minutes. Then I said, “Excuse me, I had received a message my order was ready but it’s not here. Showing my phone and asked is it being made now?” She practically ripped my head off.
Said, We are handling cold drinks first then we’ll get to yours. Your just going to have to wait. I posted pic with arrow showing who I am talking about.
You know life is difficult for everyone. I don’t need people being nasty when I am just trying to get a cup of coffee.

I had such a great experience at Starbucks today! Olivia was my attendant and her service was absolutely amazing. She was super friendly, helpful, and made my Caramel Ribbon Crunch perfectly. It tasted so good — honestly one of the best I’ve had. Thank you, Olivia, for making my visit so enjoyable!

I mean, whose fault is it really that you hate your job and ended up being a barista to cater to the many successful customers?! I frequent this Starbucks often, but I will be switching to the Starbucks on Montauk Hwy. I was ordering for my sister and ordered two Sugar Cookie breves. I had never ordered before so I was not sure of the correct wording. The woman taking my order had no idea what I was talking about (surprising considering she works at a coffee shop), and the manager came over and took my order. She knew exactly what I was talking about. I pulled up to the window, and the woman who initially was taking my order was loudly complaining about me to her coworker, talking about some “why did I even order it if I didn’t know what it was”. If that employee is reading this, I knew exactly what I was and attempted to explain it to you, but you were too new or incompetent to know what a breve is even after my patient explanation. I understand complaining about rude or unpleasant customers, but I was extremely kind in explaining to you what I meant. The coffees were fine.

This starbucks is consistently bad and the barista kind of mean but today was the worst I waited 30 minutes for my drinks one of which they lost. The girl didn’t take my name and half the order was wrong. I understand this is a busy day for them but a 30 minute wait is ridiculous

If you want water and milk this is your place to go. I cannot continue going to this location when numerous times I’ve been disappointed. Complete waste of time and money. Don’t even bother being late to work if you’re ordering from here just go on time or go elsewhere.

Whenever I come here, I’m always stuck on the drive-through line for at least 15 minutes. It doesn’t matter how long the line is 15 minutes is the bare minimum. It’s so annoying, I dread it everytime.
