While everyone was attentive, Alexis stood out the most. Not only did she prepare my caramel macchiato perfectly, but she also engaged with me and other customers in a way that made the visit feel personal and enjoyable. Her ability to balance efficiency with authentic conversation really elevated the experience.
The store itself was well maintained, the floors were clean, and the overall environment felt inviting. My order was ready quickly, and everything about the visit left a positive impression.

Have been here a few times. When it is busy it can be tough to find parking and your order will take longer than usual. When its normal your order is made in a timely fashion. At least that is my experience but I dont go here everyday.

Best Starbucks in Mohegan-Lake, yorktown area. Staff is always friendly, and extremely efficient. A little overworked but still gives best service with a good attitude. One of the better interiors, they survived the cannibalization of the last ceo who ripped out all the seating. This one has plenty of inside seats and even some outside seats too!

How is this place open ? How do people work here ? How do yo go inside and sit in filthy mess , flies ALL OVER and a smelly coffee shop ? Wait time ? Don’t even think about it ! you better order the day before if you’d like anything. If you can’t keep up with the store then you need to close for 20 minutes every 2 hours and get the shop up to par ! People have places to be and expect to grab a coffee and be out the door in under 10 minutes & then the coffee already like 10$ and you want me to wait an hour for it ? Ridiculous and unfair. I’ll be reaching out to corporate as this place is giving backyard dumpster rather than Starbucks …. YALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

Very nice, VERY SINGLE TIME I order extra whipped cream at a Starbucks they never give me extra. And I pay for it so it can be annoying sometimes. But this place gave me EXTRA whipped cream like they should which I love. The whipped cream was even popping out of the little hole when I ordered my frap.

This Starbucks needs a new manager. Someone who knows how to operate the rush and give out correct drinks. They have someone running the show most mornings who has NO idea what she is doing causing long lines and incorrect drinks. Today I took the wrong drink twice and the second time just didn’t have the energy to ask for the correct drink. This happens every time my family jokes that this is the worst Starbucks. This place needs a strong manager and employees who are trained properly.

Let me start with how much this strabucks is busy because it is only one in town.
It looks our order 30 minutes wait and we are waiting in the store and I can’t imagine the drive through what they are going through

This Starbucks location started out great when it first opened, unfortunately, cannot say the same, they’re always out of everything no matter how early you get there. On certain days and times that I’ve frequent there through the drive-through. the staff is very nice I guess it depends on how they’re feeling and how their day is starting. The sandwiches are terrible they look nothing like the photos. Total disaster they’re missing ingredients. What’s the fun and the point of going to Starbucks, when they’re not going to make the sandwiches the way that they’re portrayed or the drinks and you’re paying all this money for a service. Starbucks is not cheap. Very disappointing because I find That most of the locations within the area are pretty much the same with not getting the orders correct or making the drinks☹️ it’s just not enjoyable. I guess you have to be lucky And hope the baristas are in a good mood that day and know what they’re doing. I think I’ll save my money and make my own breakfast and lattes. ♀️
