Been coming to this Starbucks for a year. I just left with a coffee that was re did 4 times by a new guy just for it to Taste so bad and wind up in the trash. Not to mention it was given to me with all milk and caramel all on the cup and a disgusting attitude by staff to go with it. $10 down the drain. This Starbucks and staff used to be good. What happened.

I visit this location daily. During the week you can almost always have your order quick and correct with little wait. However, weekends especially the morning hours can be chaotic. The drive thru is unusable and the inside is jammed. It’s not the stores fault being so popular.

Jamie at the drive thru handed me my drink that she had given to the car in front of me and they drank out of it. When I asked her for a new one she yelled then mocked me to all the customers and store employees. She should have thrown the drink out and made me a new one as she made the mistake. How many people does she do that to a day???? Thank goodness I was watching the entire time or I would have been drinking out of something someone else did. In this day and age really??? Not acceptable at all and neither was her attitude.
