I literally never do this but this has been bothering me so much because this used to be the best Starbucks. But now the workers are just mean for no reason!! My drink tasted bitter so I very politely asked the girl behind the counter if she could add some sugar or something to it (Dunkin does it no questions asked) and she gave me the dirtiest look and said “umm…no?” I know that nobody is gonna see this and I’m leaving this for absolutely no reason it just annoyed me so much. If you don’t wanna work then don’t!!! Usually Starbucks workers are so sweet so this totally threw me off. I’ll never go to this one again

This Starbucks went down hill FAST. It use to be a nice place to grab a coffee and treat while you shop. Now you struggle to even find an employee. They go hide in the back and don’t come out all shift. And if you do get lucky and find an employee out talking to a target employee like me the quality of the food is your next concern. The coffee taste different and the cake pops are mushy garbage. Get it together before you’re replaced again. Could always go back to Pizza Hut..

Practically non-existant. Waited over 10 minutes while I watched the only person there sweeping and she saw me waiting. 2 of the target mangers had to get her and tell her I was waiting and she still never came out. Probably my last run at that Starbucks…

Went to order. Employee looked at me, stated shes going on break and left. I preceeded to complete my shopping. Prior to exiting I stopped to order for a latte on my home. A total of 50 mins passed, Employee was just walking back from break. Policy states A 10 min break or 30 min break. She continued to not help me so I objected to give my business. I called Starbucks customer service and filed my complaint. Employees just don’t put customers first anymore and don’t want to work. To busy on social media and vaping.

i feel horrible leaving this but someone has to do it. this establishment had like 20 flies- NO exaggeration swarming the place. there must be some sticky, dirty things hanging around because it was crazy. and the workers were just ignoring them like it’s normal. the cashier was kind and i have nothing against her but it is really disgusting to see dozens of flies just hanging out in starbucks.

I was literally standing at the counter for a few minutes. I made eye contact with the barista. He sees me waiting but ignored me the whole time. Another person goes up to ask if he’s closed. He nods his head yes. Why can’t you acknowledge I’m there to say sorry we are closed. So awkward and unnecessary. Plus the hours say until 9 and it’s not even 8pm yet.

11/10/23, 12:10 pm. I ordered a Cappuccino with oat milk and cinnamon powder. I’ve drunk it when I was driving. Then I understood that something wrong. When I checked the cup, I’ve seen added syrup and triple sugar. My insulin went up and I felt really bad through the day. I don’t know why they had put sugar there if I didn’t ask. Do I suppose to ask them without sugar and any syrup every time that I order something?

Slow service and bad customer service. Two employees were young women clearly overwhelmed. My order was done incorrectly and when asked to fix they gave me attitude and slammed my drink. For $7 a hit, the service should be better. Train your staff better!!!!
