I really hate to write a negative review, however, the attitude of shift manager Kendra is unnecessary. Sadly we won’t be returning to this location, and it’s unfortunate because this Starbucks use to have an amazing atmosphere filled with workers that truly enjoyed their job and building relationships with customers. That doesn’t seem like the case here.

Terrible customer service, I walked up to the counter and said “good morning” and was ignored by everyone and the woman at the counter was looking down at her phone checking text messages for about 2 minutes until she finally looked up to help me. Also she didn’t pay attention to my order and got it wrong.

Honesty. Wouldn’t even give them a single star. I have an issue with this staff every other day. I just don’t understand what their problem is. & speaking to any manager or anyone in charge just does not care. I’m done giving this place my money. I’ll go somewhere else where they know how to talk to you & treat you. Everyone here seems like they hate their job. I just don’t get it. The VIBE is AWFUL. Atwood ave has wayyyyy better customer service. Feel like whenever I order they know it’s me & it’s ALWAYS an issue. Maybe I’ll get a lawyer involved, feels like discrimination to me.

Got 2 hot white mochas – tasted very burnt. Go back to get them remade and I’m told by a very unfriendly worker that these are made with espresso and they have no control over if it is burnt. Seems impossible seeing as they are using a machine which clearly isn’t being properly maintained. Coffees were remade and still terrible. Based on the interaction with the employee and the steady decline of this store – I will not be returning. This store used to be fantastic.

This place is bad. I am a long time customer of Starbucks and they just don’t care about customers. Two visits in a row with in a week of each other and no one says hello or acknowledges customers. I watched 4 people stock shelves with a line at the register. They looked at us and went on with their business. To make matters worse they forgot parts of the order. Today’s visit is the same. 5 mins watching someone stock food before giving service. Now to cap it off the Order comes out in pieces. 25 mins to have a coffee and eventually a sandwich. Where is the leadership!!! Someone please do a secret shop in this place. Johnston is amazing! They greet you the minute you enter.

I just moved to a new area and Putnam pike is the closest Starbucks . I drove 25 minutes to get there. The worst service I’ve ever experienced hands down!!!
