The worst Starbucks in the area so far. My orders are 99% wrong. They always forget something. Syrup, whipped cream and etc. This morning I ordered my usual and the greentea was barely green and taste like just plain milk and no greentea powder. And look at the amount of drink. Never fill the cup. I wish I had other choices.

Terrible service. The entire 9-person staff prioritized the drive thru while people inside waited 20+ minutes for orders. I watched almost 2 dozen cars come and go from the drive thru while myself and other customers waited and waited for our incorrectly-made orders. They did offer me a gift card for a free coffee next time for the drink mistake (which wasn’t the issue for me) but I refused as I said I wouldn’t be returning. Maybe they could dedicate half the staff for in-store customers and orders.

I’ve only been here a few times during the height of covid through the drive through but after getting a gift card recently, decided to check it out. I didn’t know what I was getting and after a few seconds someone came to ask if I was ready to order. I said no and they saw me and knew I had no idea what to order so she asked if I wanted recommendations. I said yes and she gave me an excellent recommendation on a lemonade that I loved. The waitresses name was Venus and she was awesome and would definitely come back for the amazing service. I barely talked to anyone else but they all seemed super friendly and happy to help. Definitely want to go back!

Very hospitable here thanks to an attentive staff who is fast and friendly. This starbucks is very clean and well managed. Very nice if you go inside or go through the drive up window. Parking is shared with the restaurant next door. There is more parking near hotel. Laurie and the team are really nice.

I have frequented the Starbucks store #4775 location since opening five years ago. Over this time they have had staff changes as with any customer service entity you will have your ups and downs. I also frequent Plainville, Easton, Braintree & Brockton locations as well for comparison. The Mansfield store has seen a breath of fresh air with Laurie’s arrival. She is always pleasant, and genuinely engaged with customers while having the amazing array of drinks down solid for customers if a barista is stumped. I have been a Starbucks customer since 2006 after discovering one in North Carolina while travelling for work and have had several go to drinks over the years. The Mansfield location #47754 nails them right. Today in fact barista Delenn made my drink that had all the noticeable notes of vanilla and cinnamon on point, thank you for your constant smile and rock star barista skills Delenn!

Spent $ 6.15 for a coffee with a shot and couldn’t even get a full cup of coffee. If you are going to charge that much for a coffee , at least fill it up.

Modern, but really crammed space. Just off a rotary, around the building, and back out and onto the rotary. I know space is a premium out in Eastern MA, but this just feels a little to crammed into a tight space to me.
