Our 1st visit! The food is exceptional, as well as the service and atmosphere. Butter Chicken is phenomenal!!! Absolutely PERFECT!! So are the Chicken Curry, Garlic Naan, and Veggie Pakora!!! We most definitely will return and tell others about this hidden jem!

Star of India is our favorite Indian restaurant! Our usual order is Chicken 65, Onion Bhajia (fried onion petals), Garlic Naan, and Butter Chicken (we usually get it between mild & medium). We’ve been dining here for several years and have never had a bad experience or meal….everything is always top notch!

Food was pretty good. I had the Star Special Biryani. Which is not in the picture. I thought I had one, but I didn’t. This one had cold food inside. It was ok. Don’t put too much of the liquid inside.

The butter chicken’s dark meat chicken has a certain flavor that I dislike. I haven’t tasted something like that in any other butter chicken dishes from other places before. It was unpleasant to me enough to make me pause eating. But, this is subjective, which is why I will not put 2 stars but rather 3 stars.
The mango lassi here is unique – ex. it is apparently made with vanilla ice cream. The color is that of light orange, not yellow. I didn’t taste it (my brother did), and he was overall fine with it.
We got the baingan bharta. It was fine.

Everything was absolutely delicious! The lamb korma was melting in my mouth, and the sauce makes you want to “slap yo mamma!” Even their alcohol drinks are impressive!

I’ve had the pleasure of dining here twice, and both experiences have been nothing short of fantastic. The quality of the food is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. During my visits, I made sure to try every dish offered at the lunch buffet, and I was genuinely impressed each one was flavorful, fresh, and absolutely delicious. It’s rare to find a place where everything on the menu exceeds expectations, but this restaurant truly delivers. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, and I highly recommend it to all my friends and family. If you’re looking for great food and excellent service, this is definitely the place to go!

I absolutely love Star of India! It’s hands-down the best Indian restaurant in metro Atlanta—honestly, the best I’ve had anywhere in the U.S. (and I’ve tried Indian food in other states!). The staff is always so kind and goes above and beyond for their customers.
If you go, you have to try the Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Korma—both are soooo good!! Pair them with garlic naan and a side of onions, lemons, and peppers… You will not be disappointed!

Kellyanne- We love Star of India for our butter chicken fix! I’m so glad they’re here in Peachtree City. The naan is outstanding, the people are so friendly & l love going to the buffet to try new foods that I’ve never seen. Definitely give them a try when you’re in Peachtree City! Elouise- this place lowkey fire, out of 5 this place gets a 6/7, so bussin no discussion. Salem- I LOVEE THIS PLACE!!! I love the chicken sooooo much!! I really recommend the butter chicken! I give it a 6000000 or 7000000 out of 1000000000000! Btw my fav number is 67.
