This place has gone WAY down hill. I got the triple crown with pork fried rice and egg roll. The brown sauce got triple crown was a thumbs down. I think just about every might of protein in main dish or rice was fatty. Finally, has anyone ever had a mushy egg roll? Aren’t they supposed to be a crunchy cabbage bite. These were worse than bad. It’s looks pretty good, but in this case looks ARE deceiving.

I love me some Star East. I’ve been eating there for the past 10years at least and they never disappoint. The food is made to order, the vegetables are fresh and never overcooked, and abo-so-freakin-lutely DELICIOUS. The Singapore Mey fun, lomein (been, chicken, and shrimp), fried chicken, beef & broccoli, the chicken & broccoli, the fried rice, the white rice, the the Mongolian beef (sweet and non-sweet) and the Sweet Tea??? BANGIN Why? Karren is always polite, friendly, respectful, and appreciative for your support of their business. I’d take a picture of my plate if I hadn’t killed it already. They are my one and only Chinese spot.

We ordered 3 entrees. All were delicious. The employees (not sure if she was the owner) was so kind and kept apologizing bc the food took a little bit longer than they originally said. I had no problem waiting the extra 5 minutes. It was worth it!

Been coming here for a long time, normally for pickup. They’ve never once gotten my order incorrect, and never once had bad food. Their sweet tea is also amazing. The lady that works that is really sweet, and always caring about her customers. great place overall.

I got the House Lo Mein and Spicy Pork in Garlic. Yesterday was my birthday, and I love chinese food. This was my first time eating here, found this spot on a door dash run.
The portion size was good. When i ate the food the second day, I notice that the meat was not properly cooked. The lo mein was good though.

I’m new to Georgia and have been looking for a go to Chinese restaurant. I’ve passed Star East almost daily on my way to work, so I figured I’d give them a try. The first thing I noticed is that they had a health department score of 100 A. As I walked into the small restaurant ( I’d wager they can’t seat more than 20) I was impressed by how spotless the place is. I’m guessing they do mainly takeout, hence the small dining area. Any way I ordered the small hot and sour soup, shrimp egg rolls, Mongolian beef to take to work.
Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious.
The lady working the counter was very friendly, and apologized for the delay in my order.
Which was a LOT faster than I’m used to back home
I really enjoyed my meal, and will definitely be back

Decent beef and broccoli well seasoned but had some fat on the meat. We had the egg foo yong and it was good as well. The egg roll was good a lil different taste then others.

I was Pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. I had a vegetarian dish that was recommended to me by the nice lady behind the counter. I came in on a Sunday. It was not busy at all. The food was good and made fresh. I will be coming back again. Please check this place out if you like Chinese food.

I ordered online. Food was mediocre. Wings instead if 5 pieces u get 5 half pieces. Sesame chicken was rushed. For the doubling of prices since so called inflation that places claim this was terrible
