My wife and I tried the Muffuletta and the Italian Turkey Club. Absolutely delicious. A generous amount of meat and very flavorful! We also had their side salads (Potato and Mediterranean), which were to die for. The area is very cute and we got our food within 5 minutes of ordering. There are also tables outside to eat at if the weather is nice enough. Parking was easy. If it’s too cold, I recommend taking your food to go. 10/10!

What an amazing gourmet eating experience from an unassuming food truck! From the freshly baked foccasia bread to the pecan pesto to the exquisite touch of preserved lemon, my caprese sandwich was a heavenly delight. The outdoor tables all have umbrella coverings for comfortable outdoor eating in the summer. And of course my server was friendly, sharing simple secrets of making the sandwich. Driving from Shreveport to Starkville, MS, and this popped up on the nearby food list. What a stroke of luck! Homemade bread, fresh ingredients, and unique arrangements of well known sandwiches. Plus it was perfect weather to sit outside, and downtown Ruston is lovely. The nearby train bridge is gorgeous! I highly recommend for the whole experience.

We are locals and we love their food! Muffuletta is my favorite and my mom loves the Cuban! The pasta salad is also light and very flavorful! The cookies are really big and yummy! Of the three downtown trucks, this one is my favorite- best fresh bread in town!
