Totally disappointed with the takeaway tonight , onion baj were hard and my chicken passanda had no taste whatsoever, was just plain chicken which looked and tasted like a sauce from a jar. Always enjoyed the food from the restaurant but I’ll not be ordering again .

Ordered early on a Saturday night (6pm). Food was delivered within 45 minutes. Loads of food. It was so good there was enough for us to save and have for our tea the following night. Highly recommend .

Ordered a takeaway, we’ve had them before but was left disappointed today. Balti sauce was runny, chicken tikka was lacking the tikka and tough. Chicken Biryani was soggy. The only redeeming part of the meal was the garlic nan, they were very good. Would be reluctant to order again after tonights meal.

Placed order online for collection. Upon arrival to pick it up there was a lot of people waiting also. Some had been waiting way past their collection time despite being ordered earlier in the day. We had to wait a good while too. A lot of the customers were very unhappy. It was very disorganised. The guy in the front was trying his best but it seemed as if the kitchen was the issue. Seem people left after asking for refunds as they didn’t want to wait any longer and to be honest I couldn’t blame them. We did though eventually get our food and it was very nice. Hot, tasty and good portion sizes. I think lots of people including me ordered through just eat/good hub which I’d say maybe is one the issues. If you order through their own website there is also a discount. So in all it was poor service but the food was good when we got it. I may try again another time but not for a while.

The worst takeaway I’ve ever had. The naandwich was a tasteless red soggy rice with 4 prawns in it wrapped in a naan which in turn went soggy . I gave mine to the dog. Not recommended and we wont be going back

2.5 hours later and finally got to speak to someone told them I wanted a refund, Saturday night takeaway turned into slice of toast before bed for early start at work.

Ordered 2hrs ago. Still waiting. Can’t get in touch as the phone call ends straight away with an automated message telling me their mail box is full. Will probably die of starvation before it arrives.
