First time visiting and I found the right spot. We searched high and low for a place to have fun on New Year’s Eve to do the count down. I was so happy to find this place with my husband. It was crowded with happy people from wall to wall. Everyone loved the bumping music and would all sing along like it was a concert. It was free to enter, they were giving party favors at the door, plus free champagne to toast for the countdown. The only problem was limited seating. I ordered a delicious watermelon margarita that was small in a double shot glass for $15. But its cool since the party was free. Parking was $2 and that was nothing compared to other events charging $25. They have huge flat screens all around, and I’m btjng my husband back here for Super Bowl. I love this place for being a fun place to go, Happy New Years!

Super cute wine store located in downtown culver. Stopped in for a drink in their communal seating area to meet a friend. Fast casual atmosphere, they have cheese boards & food on the menu but we just got drinks. Service was excellent! They have a happy hour 3-6 so will be back to try that. Cheers!

We stumbled across this spot while craving wine and charcuterie, and I can’t believe it took me this long to find it. We sat outside just in time to watch the sunset, which made the evening even more special. The charcuterie board was delicious and paired perfectly with our glasses of red and white. The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly knew their wines, which made the experience even better.

It’s the kind of place that works just as well for a date night as it does for a girls’ night out. With a wide wine selection and even a little market to browse, this hidden gem is one I’ll definitely be coming back to.

Grabbed a drink and snack on the patio here with a friend. Food was excellent and the atmosphere was nice (considering the store is located on a busy road). We each purchased a few bottles of wine and some gormet groceries from the store on the way out. The selection was really expansive and fairly priced. I would definitely come back!

Watch out for sneaky billing. When we asked to buy a few glasses of the free pour they shared with the whole bar for NYE, they acted confused and poured something else that ended up being $25/glass on the bill. I highly doubt they poured the whole bar sparkling that nice and there was nothing on the menu anywhere near that price. It’s gotcha tactics like this that push young people away from wine bars. Not a great way to end an otherwise enjoyable evening and will make us think twice about returning.

Love this place more so for wine & food pairings.
The spritz was meh but everything else was 5/5. Really enjoyed their Californian wine selection from Mendocino down to paso robles, they feature scribe wines and plenty of international options like an Italian Lambrusco.
My favorite part is how laid back the seating is (free seating) and very dog friendly small patio that our dog was nice and cozy at while we sipped and ate.
Partial rating of the 5/5 is for the store portion too ! They have a collection of hard to find liquors like suze , and luxurious collection of dark chocolates ! Lovely hidden gem in Culver City !

Enjoyed a wine flight and several glasses of wine at this location. My friend and I ordered smalls apps, olives and potato chips (could not stop eating them) service was not great, we sat with empty wine glasses for 15 minutes at a time. The highlight and saving grace of our experience was the bar back Kaleb. He checked in on us and flipped the entirety of experience.

I am leaving 5 stars because Kaleb was able to fix our experience. His effort and compassion did not go unrecognized. Thanks Kaleb <3

Wednesday is a great night to visit Stanley’s Wet Goods in Culver City if you enjoy wine tasting flights at local wine bars.

SERVICE:
Amy did an amazing job with our group of 9 and I hope that she’s our server every time we return. She did an amazing job at checking in on everyone at multiple points, making sure we always had enough drinks by checking in as we were getting low, refilling water, and everything we ordered came out correctly and deliciously.
ATMOSPHERE:
I love that they have a wine bar on one side and a wine shop on the other. The vibe is upscale casual, with seating on a first-come, first-serve basis. They have an outdoor area with regular tables and the indoor section has both a bar and two large communal tables. I absolutely love the vibe and have for the past few years.

WINE:
They have a great wine selection with a wide array of options. We did the Wednesday Night Special flight for $21 (my favorite number) which included 3 tastings of drastically different Pinot Noirs from around the world that all come out at once so you can do a true side-by-side comparison.

FOOD:
They have a menu with curated items that are meant to be shared, and the top three I recommend are the meatballs ($18), baby beets ($16), and smashed potatoes ($14). As a goat cheese connoisseur, I recommend everyone get the sweet Baby Beets, with marinated red baby beets, aged Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar, whipped honey goat cheese + mascarpone, candied pecans, and micro arugula greens. The smashed potatoes had a good kick from the capers, and they pair with their house-made beef and ricotta meatballs.

A wine bar inside a beautiful wine store…no whining here! Good wine pours! Good wine list with single glass or flight tasting options. Good prices with daily happy hour flight specials. Limited food options – olives, almonds, or corn nuts. Decent amount of seats – 5 at the bar and 2 communal tables. Good service with a friendly and knowledgeable staff! Very clean!

Didn’t have a chance to explore the wines for sale by the bottle but will do next time I visit!

Street parking is limited but there is a parking structure located on one of the side cross streets.

Overall a GREAT experience!
