Absolutely fabulous cocktail bar. Within walking distance to plenty of other bars, restaurants and the two theaters are close as well. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful navigating their menu. I got a white wine, Zuccardi Q, which was dry but still sweet at the same time. My fiancé got The Gazette and that was a wonderful bourbon drink. We will definitely be making this a date night location!

Absolutely fantastic service, a sense of elegance mingles with a retro, vintage, eclectic ambiance. The drinks speak to a classic understanding of the cocktail, with varieties of amaro as the centerpiece of the menu. Best bar in Kalamazoo, “bar” none. …oh, and the coffee is great too!

Phenomenal service! Fantastic drinks. If you’re looking for a fun get together idea for a party at home, these guys are it! They are creative, easy going and customizable. Matt even played with my dogs (something I didn’t consider, whoops!) They are not a cash bar BUT I recommend picking 2-3 cocktails you think everyone can enjoy and splitting the standard cost with your friends. This means you’d pay for the variance (the number of drinks you choose to offer with gratuity) and your friends pay you a flat fee (covering the standard cost). It’s well worth it! Highly recommend for a bachlor/ette, wedding or dinner party. My guests were blown away!

Very sophisticated atmosphere. My new personal favorite cocktail bar/lounge in Kalamazoo. I asked the bartender to pick a couple of good cocktails from the menu, and he made me a ‘Cafe Noir’ (espresso martini style drink) and next, ‘A Day At The Races’ (you must try for yourself – now my favorite drink).

While I don’t go on often, this is by far my favorite place in Kalamazoo. The drinks are always on point, the atmosphere is great, and it feels like a little speakeasy, but affordable. The staff, oh boy, the staff. Literally the best team of humans working in one place in all of Kalamazoo. If you’re looking for a place to grab a fancier drink for a date, a catch-up with and old friend, or to wear that crushed velvet blazer hanging in your closet while reading a leather bound book in public to look good for the ‘gram, this is your place.
