Well, we found a place to stop when traveling to and from California. Everything was made to order and had amazing flavor. The cornbread was excellent. The fries were perfectly crunch. The breading on the chicken strips/sliders was so scrumptious! The hot wings had a different flavor than typical Franks Red Hot. They were crispy and yummy! The chili was a nice little appetizer. The pancake was wonderfully fluffy! The max and cheese was creamy and cheesy. Will definitely be back next time we are traveling through Blythe!

Great service too!!!

I love finding those “hole in the wall” hidden gem restaurants while traveling. I read reviews and had to try Stacy’s Kitchen while in town. We came in last night, with our party of 12, and got there at the perfect time. There are definitely some pros and cons. Let’s start with the good: Food is delicious! My chicken fried steak was fantastic! The wedges are so good! I’d come again just for those. The staff was friendly and worked their tails off! Cons: some updates to the outside area could be made. They ran out of Mac and cheese (and other side items) so we had to put substitute orders in. They could use extra staff because it did get crazy busy. Overall, I would definitely come again if we come through town. The food is that good. Thank you, Donna, for handling our large group!

The best salisbury steak × gravy I’ve had in my life. I’ll admit — I’m not too adventurous when it comes to food, I stick to dishes I know. But when we were stopping for gas on the move home from AZ, I knew the only restaurant I could trust was this one, with its good reviews. And I was right to do so, these reviews were well earned. The hostess/owner(?) was so kind despite my parent’s vocalized reaction to the richness of the vegetable seasoning flavor. I don’t know what was wrong with their food because this was one of the best home style meals I’ve had in my life. That they gave me cucumber water was extremely kind and I lament having spent all my cash at Circle K because I didn’t personally contribute to the tip. But I just wanted to say that this was a great meal. The steak and gravy were rich and juicy and delicious. The fries were crisp & seasoned but not dry. There was not a single side that was a miss. It’s not a meal that I will be able to have again in my life since my disability keeps me from driving back into town, but bless Stacy(?)/the owners and I hope ya’ll stay open as long as possible.

Pros: DELICIOUS food and great options for sides. The ranch is so flavorful, I highly recommend. I got the fried catfish and my husband got the Salisbury steak. Both were incredible.

Cons: the server was very new so we had a few hiccups, nothing horrible, just inconvenient. He put my order in for fried chicken instead of fried catfish and didn’t know they were out of corn bread. Instead of telling us they were out and asking what we would want instead, he just brought us Texas toast instead. For some reason, people who came in after us got their food before us even though we ordered first. Once our food came out, which took 45-50 minutes, that’s when we realized he had put in for the chicken and not the fish. Thankfully, it only took another 10-15 minutes for my fish to come out and I ate the chicken and sweet potato fries while I waited (both delicious).

All in all, I would definitely eat here again. He food was well worth it.

My experience at Stacy’s Kitchen was fantastic. I ordered the wings (hot sauce and chili flavors) and a Shrimp Po’ Boy Sandwich that was on a daily special. The waitress did note that the food would take some time, and that we could have pinto beans or chili while we waited for our order. We all got chili and it was agreed in my party that this was by far one of the freshest, delicious chili we have ever had.

The wings came out first. They had a nice, light breading with plenty of sauce. The hot sauce was tomato based, with a good cayenne heat to them. The chili were sweet and peppery. Overall the wings were crisp on the outside, juicy on the inside; just as they should be. Arguably the best wings in town.

The shrimp po’ boy was next, which I also had a side of coleslaw and cornbread with. For the $7, this was fantastic value and a dinner meal on its own. The buns were high quality and soft. The shrimp were massive, cooked perfectly and on the bottom was coleslaw. The combination was fresh and filling.

Overall, I was impressed with the quality of food and service provided. The food did take some time, but the chili was a perfect accommodation for the wait and the food impressed once it arrived. This is true home cooking, in a restaurant setting. Everything I tasted was clearly fresh and original. I will definitely be returning to try out more of the menu, as well as the desserts on offer, that I was too stuffed to try this time around.

The best restaurant to open up in Blythe in a long time. The wings are cooked perfectly and the hot sauce they’re in is packed with spice and flavor.
Their hot dogs are delicious (and perfectly fit the bun!)
Go see for yourself, because my phone’s camera does NOT do Stacy’s cooking any justice!

Best Soul Food I’ve ever had! Everything from greens with tender pork that pulled apart with my fork, fried okra that was so fresh I know it couldn’t have been frozen, to the care and attention from the wait staff, made this the perfect place to stop along our way through town. I’ll definitely remember swing by on our next road trip.

Fantastic food and a great team make this restaurant awesome. I will always want to come here any time I visit Blythe California. The corn bread, the greens, the fries, the mac bites, the barbecue pork sandwiches, the fried catfish were all amazing and wonderful. The dining area is clean and brightly lit. The bathrooms are awesome.
Service is perfect. No problem finding parking. Comfortable booth and table seating choices.

When this spot first opened, the food was great, but they had some hiccups with their operations that left me frustrated. I’ve been back four times in the last two weeks and the food is still great, but the restaurant also runs smoothly.

They don’t alway have everything on the menu so I would just ask them what they have. They write their sides down on the board each day, but I suggest they do the same with the meats and desserts too.

Great spot. Highly recommend if you’re visiting town or if your a local; it’s a great spot to put into the rotation.
