I’m really big on leaving honest google reviews. Thursdays are date nights for me and my boyfriend. I’ve been wanting to try Stacy’s for a while now since it’s not far from the house. Yesterday 6/26/2025 me and my boyfriend arrived at 9:30pm at Stacy’s and ordered Chicken wings & Mozzarella sticks. When I say they were good they were good. The Mozzarella sticks were hand breaded tasted like home. They didn’t taste like they were out of a microwave or freezer they were fresh. Had the perfect crisp and perfect amount of seasoning. Same with the chicken wings. We sat at the bar even though there were booths open. It was hot outside and when I say it felt so good on the inside…. The music was loud enough to be heard but not loud to where we couldn’t hear each other, so I was happy about that. They usually have Karaoke on Thursdays the bartender said but yesterday they didn’t due to unforeseen circumstances of the person that does the karaoke, but I look forward to going back next Thursday and continuing the conversation I was having with Ms.Tasha. I saw a google review about her and honestly I was not there to see their experience but I can understand why they thought she was displeasing. Ms.Tasha has a resting “b” face naturally even when she’s smiling, but don’t let that face fool u if you she is sweet as pie & she is really funny. I do hope if you had a bad experience that you give them another chance because Stacy’s definitely has potential to be the next great black owned business. Oh, I almost forgot.. THE DRINKS! Tasha snapped on all 3 of my Margaritas ( I asked for Teremana Anjeo & the flavors I had were grape, strawberry, and passion fruit )and my boyfriend’s tequila sunrises. Very smooth drinks.

The food was amazing. Their fried wings are deliciously good and served hot. The atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable. The mature crowd was pleasant. Even on a rainy day, it was a great day.
Outdoor patio with huge outdoor tent for cigars smokers.
Parking is limited, but worth it.
And it’s perfect to host special events and birthday parties

I want to be clear that I take no pleasure in being publicly critical of a Black business, and it is not my intention to be libelous, but rather to share my experience at Stacy’s Bistro on Thursday, 4/17/25. This was my second time there and unfortunately, will be my last. Before I get to the bad, I will mention the good. Prior to my first visit, two friends of mine had been raving about the wings and atmosphere at Stacy’s. I finally got a chance to visit with them, and I was very happy with my meal. I tried two flavors of wings and chicken tacos. The young lady that assisted us during this visit was very sweet. I looked on Facebook at the business page and her name is She She. Her kindness and customer service really helped to shape my first visit. Therefore, when one of these same friends wanted to bring in his birthday at Stacy’s on 4/17, I was happy to return to celebrate but we didn’t get the chance to.
My friend and I arrived shortly after 10:30 pm. He immediately went to the bar to ask if the kitchen was closed, as that information is not listed anywhere and we understood it was late. I stayed back & observed. From the table, I could sense the less than sunny disposition of the young lady behind the bar when answering his question. Per Facebook, this young lady is named Tasha Mac. When he returned, he told me she said the kitchen was still open and gave him menus but was clearly off put by the interaction and asked me to place his order because she seemed annoyed and sometimes “they’re nicer to women.” We went up to the bar to order. Another friend joined us as we were walking up, and we waited. We continued to wait and watched as other guests were served. Some were even served twice while we waited to be served. The bartender kept staring at us yet refused to acknowledge us. The energy was downright strange. I sensed she had a preference for certain male patrons and other guests that were familiar to her. One friend tried to get her attention and asked to place the order. She proceeded to roll her eyes. We weren’t acknowledged until we got the attention of another young lady who came from the kitchen and informed us that it had actually closed at 10:30 pm. We were upset as he had just asked Tasha. It was after 10:30 pm when he asked and she glanced at the time and still told him that it was open. Then blatantly ignored us and wasted our time. That friend walked out.
Two of us stayed behind in an attempt to gain clarity and for potential customer service recovery. Instead of being apologetic or even remotely gracious about the mistake, Tasha Mac was nasty and callous. She doubled down and told my friend, “Yea that was my bad. But it’s closed, so what you want me to do about it?” in the most apathetic tone. This young lady who is plastered all over the Facebook page and tags Stacy’s in multiple of her posts encouraging patrons to come see her was not at all inviting and clearly, the invitation is not an open one for all guests. This is bad for business. The wings were good, but they weren’t good enough to tolerate that kind of mistreatment. I work hard for my money, and I don’t spend where I’m disrespected. I’m not the most forgiving of that. I won’t be back but there’s potential there and I truly do hope Stacy’s will consider who they both promote and allow as being representative of the business and if they truly hold the best interest of the establishment and its’ values.

It’s not an atmosphere for the grown and sexy, from what I’ve seen. Me and my wife came in and definitely felt out of place from the start. Judging by the crowd and the music it’s well suited for the 30 and younger crowd. The set up isn’t customer friendly as there aren’t enough places for patrons to sit outside of the bar. It’s not setup as a place to mingle with the booths being up front along with the games taking up valuable space for patrons. I wasn’t sure if it was a restaurant or a bar but a lane needs to be chosen! The booth where we sat wasn’t safe as the table kept tilting with the candle on it which made it a safety hazzard plus the music was so loud that the bartender couldn’t hear what we were ordering. I’m not trying to put the place down by any means, it’s just conservative criticism. I think it has potential it just needs a little work but the bartenders were nice and professional I must say and I’m thankful for that!

After entering.
No greeting ( it was only a few people sitting at the bar so it wasn’t like she was busy )
Sat in the booth and watched the bartender totally ignore us as she laughed and entertained friends and talked on the phone..
Had to ask can we get some service and they still delayed in coming to the booth..
Then was told by someone else that you have to order at the bar..
My question was why didn’t the bartender relate that when we sat there for almost 10 minutes without anyone saying anything…
Finally ordered.
The Margaritas was ok but they didn’t have salt..
My friend ordered the Jerk Nachos which was pretty good and a good serving..
The cook was nice and polite..
She apologized for the poor customer service..
Next time I’ll order food to go..

The establishment smelled like they mopped with a dirty mop.
The bartender wasn’t really a people person. She was on her phone 99% of the time.
The cook was amazing! She was very friendly and delivered superior customer service. If I was only rating the Bartender on service it would have been a Zero.
Turkey Burger was a HIT I’m not Fan of Turkey burgers but I would definitely go back for one.
Chicken Quesadilla was a solid 10/10
If I can recommend adding some Pico and Guac because I only received Salsa Verde.
Chicken wings were a 0/10
Lacked flavor however they were fried to perfection.
