the juice was just okay. their small hot drink take out cups are already tiny and they only filled it 3/4 way and its just an unsweetened latte, not at all tasting or appearing like the drink i ordered and paid for… their fruit “compotes” should absolutely not be called that when its actually a cross between store bought canned pie filling and jelly… a compote is made with FRESH FRUIT and should not have food dye in it! and the syrup they give you is literally just high fructose corn syrup???
i have worked in restaurants my whole life and you really must seat until your closing time. i agree with the group that came in after me when they stated they should change the hours on the door and online if they actually stop seating at 2pm. really disappointed and will not be returning, which honestly sucks because i’ve only had good experiences at the Stacks in Portland
The girl who helped us was very friendly and nice. She was ready to listen and help.
The place is just okay like any other restaurant.
Food is just okay too. Nothing extraordinary. A huge menu but not many vegan options if you have restrictions. If you are looking for a regular breakfast sure but if you are celebrating something or need something special to remember this isn’t it.
Thankfully we arrived just before the church crowd arrived and seated immediately. Place seats quite a few and our server was moving as fast as humanly possible.
I ordered the benedict with home fries. My dish was barely warm, home fries were on the cool side and hollandaise was okay. Coffees were decent.
The consensus from our group of 4 was that we can say the portions were on the larger side, price point was good but we wouldn’t return.
