Our story begins in 2016, when our founders, driven by their passion in the food industry, decided to launch the Kennewick’s Stacks Mobile Bistro – the very first location where our now famous Bomb Tacos was born. In 2020, we expanded our reach by establishing Taqueria Stacks Bistro, furthering our reputation for fast service, and irresistible tacos that are a cut above the rest. Our dedication to excellence continued with the opening of the Pasco’s Stacks Mobile Bistro in 2023, taking our mouthwatering tacos to even more hungry fans. At the heart of our success is our family-owned and operated business, powered by a team with over 40 years of combined experience in the in the Mexican food industry.

Wont be buying anymore food from this place again, I used to buy frequently but they charge way more now and skimp on meat. I just bought 2 tortas which were advertised as $8 on Fridays and 2 horchatas for $37 which I think is way too much for the tiny amount of meat they serve now.

Overall, it’s not too bad, but not great. Parking was no problem, plenty of room to park. No customers in line or waiting. Usually, I wouldn’t stop, but I did like the one in Kennewick when they opened. So I figured I would give it a try. The Bomb tacos were pretty good for the most part. The regular street tacos were about the same as you get at most taco trucks. These were just a bit dry. it definitely needs sauce or something. And for some in the family that don’t like sauces, they were dry. Really could have been a bad day or timing, but that’s my experience. I will give it another shot in the future, and I will give an update

OMFG!!! The shrimp tacos are delicious!! I got these to try my new hot sauce on, and they didn’t disappoint. The only thing I would change is I prefer my jalapeños be grilled a little more. Mine was slightly grilled and just on the outside. Service was super fast. I left work, got food, and was back in 30 min. Three tacos was the right amount of food. The torta I ended up giving to a coworker.

I don’t like writing reviews on restaurants that might hurt their business but maybe they can use this as a wake up call, your burritos are more on the pricy side so it should have a fair amount of meat, this burrito was full of rice and a very small amount of meat. I won’t be buying your burritos anymore but you might want to review your portion distribution on the the burrito.

They have specials Monday- Friday. Good portions for the price you pay. Delicious and great quality food! Love this place, my family and I love coming here. The people taking your order are really nice and helpful. Overall would recommend family and friends here. I also really like the mango sauce they have, I like sweet and savory foods so the mango sauce pairs really well with my Torta.

Took my daughter here because we had heard so much about it. Best Cali burrito I’ve had in the Tri. The tacos Al Carbon were amazing as well. We’ll be back very soon! Always looking for the best food!

The Birria Bomb tacos are amazing! Also, the tortas, burritos, and chimichangas! Very tasty sauces as well! The mango ceviche is delicious! Incredible flavor and value! They have a very friendly & hardworking staff!

Being Mexican, I normally dont go to these establishments because I can cook my own food @ home. This is the 2nd time, I’ve given this mobile Mexican Food a try and BOTH times they got my order wrong. I am all about supporting my cultura and gente (raza) but for a $16 burrito I expect my order to be correct and not rushed. I tried calling but noone answered. Let’s just say, they need to address their cooks, person taking orders because it’s a competitive food market and they just lost a foodie.
