Came in the during the week to meet for breakfast. There was plenty of parking available. The restaurant is cozy and welcoming and the bathroom was clean. Our server told us they’re known for the chile verde, so a couple of us at the table ordered the chile verde stack and omelet. I did try the chile verde stack and it was delicious. The portion size was more than enough for 1 person. My wife and I could probably share the stack and feel satisfied. I ordered a burger since I already ate breakfast that morning, plus I enjoy trying burgers at different places around town.The burger and fries was good, although not my favorite in Bakersfield. Our server was nice. I’d still recommend this spot for breakfast.

Such a classic breakfast spot! The French toast and pancakes were delicious and not too sweet. The staff were helpful. Very kid-friendly place, they even had cute Mickey pancakes!

This place is pretty great, I had a bacon cheeseburger and they come with double patties by default. Now while the patties were fairly thin the burger was a really good size and the fries were delicious. The staff were also really nice. I’ll definitely be stopping by again

Tried the Fried steak burrito. I loved the gravy and all in all it was delicious. It was quite a big meal! The hash browns and the chicken steak itself were tasty and soft as well. Definitely ordering again whenever I crave a fried steak and gravy burrito.

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the all-meat omelette, and they definitely didn’t hold back on the meat – every bite was packed with flavor. The French toast was equally impressive, rich with flavor and perfectly cooked.
The service was outstanding as well. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and efficient. Our food was prepared remarkably fast, and we were in and out in just 40 minutes, which was perfect for our busy schedule.

We enjoy dining at non-commercialized spots when traveling through the state. This trip brought us to Stacks Cafe. Plenty of great breakfast options. I went with a classic French toast plate which was awesome. Couple folks had the skillet plates and said they were good but not great. Give it a shot as the pancakes looked amazing.

I did not have a positive experience during my recent visit. I was informed of a 30-minute wait for a table. Prior to being seated, I requested to use the restroom and specifically asked that my turn for seating not be forfeited. Upon my return, I observed that the party behind me had been seated. Despite my prior communication regarding my restroom visit, I was then informed of an additional 15-minute wait, which ultimately extended beyond that timeframe, leading me to depart without being seated, ordering, or dining.

First timing coming here and the food is delicious. The service does suck especially if your another race. Didn’t ask if we needed anything she came towards the end it’s like she was avoiding us. Didn’t ask if we wanted a high chair either. The waitress was skipping our table and giving services to the other tables behind us.

A fairly new restaurant that’s only been open since April of 2025. My sister, mom and I paid a visit for breakfast. My sister and I ordered the western omelette and mom got the chili verde omelette. We enjoyed the simple yet classic western omelet but the star was definitely the chili verde I’m letter. The chili verde had the perfect little kick of spice. Definitely would recommend it as a first time meal choice.
