The green hatch chili burger was outstanding. Seriously, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. A little on the pricier side, but well worth it. It came without the extra vegetables I had requested. The order took a while So I was too hungry to complain by that time. Would definitely go back For the burger.

I got 2 burgers & fries. They forgot the pickles on both, onions on one, sauce on the other, weak “double cheese”. They would have been really good with all the stuff on them. Not a good first impression. Fries and chile cheese fries were very good.

The Burqueno Burger was amazing! The crispy onions, brioche bun, double patty with white American cheese and green chili was truly awesome! The fries were fresh and hot and this is a place. I would definitely visit again and again and highly recommend to others.

So annoyed, just placed an order to go, was talked into ordering a meal because it’s cheaper than just ordering a burger and fries.. I get home home open the stapled bag and they forgot my fries… almost $20 plus a tip… probably one of their slowest times, Sunday 2:45 pm, no one waiting and they forget part of my order.. I call let them know and he ends the call with “have a better part of rest of your day”! Worst way to end a call after a horrible customer experience!!!

Honest to God the best burger I’ve had in Albuquerque: the Oklahoma onion burger. Absolutely delicious. Thick and heavy and greasy (in a good way), tender, melt-in-your-mouth good. Dudes behind the counter are super friendly too.

Horrible customer service. Food was sitting on rack and I was never notified. Had to go hunt it down. Hard to understand Indian gentleman who was unfriendly and disaffected. Was told sandwich was cut in half without request to check for it being done. Bizarre employees who couldn’t give a crap and stare down customers in hostile manner. Very unprofessional.

I ordered on line, got no mesas my food was delivered, it apparently sat outside my door for quite a while because everything was ice cold. I also paid for a soda, but didn’t receive it. Not a good experience.
