Overall: moist flavorful and great deal for the price! All 5 in our group agreed they’d return.
Brisket 4/5 – flavorful, fork tender, not too fatty. Luke warm was the only critique.
Turkey 5/5 – very moist, with a subtle but not overpowering smoke flavor.
Pulled pork 4.5/5 – delicious. Good balance of sweet, smoky, and salty.
Mac-N-Cheese 3.5/5 – good, not great. Good flavor, not too cheesy or too watery.
Coleslaw 5/5 – great flavor, lot of sauce (mayo based), no raisins.
Tater-tots 5/5 – crispy, salty, no complaints
Rolls 3/5 – as prior review noted, they taste like Safeway rolls. Nothing special or remarkable.
Sauces 4/5 – original and sweet. Didn’t try spicy. Good flavor. Not a standout but certainly good.

Wife and I went there for dinner on Friday 1/30 and it was awesome. The “triple threat” was a 3-meat sampler and came with 2 sides. We added the Mac n cheese and cornbread, and it was super tasty and enough for both of us. (Wifey is small eater). The two kids working that evening were friendly and attentive, likely local high school or college kids. Free refills on beverages. It is NOT Dickeys rebranded, contrary to other opinions. We will definitely be back there soon.

I’ve checked online for the new hours before I came over. when I walked in at 7 PM the employee told me they were already closed. online It says till 730 and on all of their signs it says open daily 10 AM to 8 PM super disappointed. I don’t believe you’ll survive here very long. Closing at any time you want super disappointed. it’s a 20 minute drive down the mountain to come out and pick up food. What a waste of time
