My wife and son were in Blackwell for a couple nights before I arrived. They loved Stack so much they brought my daughter and I here. We loved the breakfast and our server so much we ended up going back again the next morning. The server had a personal crisis the week we were there and she still delivered top notch service! She was personable, friendly, and knew the menu and pricing inside and out. The food is just that perfect home cooked meal! My wife highly recommends the pancake special. We will definitely be returning when back in Blackwell to watch pro baseball!

I got the Pancake special for $6.99 which has 2 pancakes/ 2 bacon/2 sausage links and 2 eggs which I did scrambled eggs. It was delicious… ate everything and cleaned my plate! Waitress (Ayla) was wonderful and seen to all my needs!

Would never go again! My husband and I both got sick! The bacon was reheated from who knows how many days ago, the biscuits were so dry even the canned gravy didn’t help. This place needs to make the menu a 1/4 of whatever the ridiculous amount of options are and make those remaining ones good.

I got the pancake special for 8 bucks, apparently milk and hashbrowns were another $10…. Somehow my $8 meal became $18?
The sausauge was cold, the bacon was paper thin and the milk was warm.
The waitress Kyla emptied trash cans literally 3 feet away from my table. Nothing more appetizing than someone banging on dusty trash cans while you try to eat… I left a $2 tip.
I will not be back.

We were taking a driving thru and were looking for a place to eat its a small restaurant but the food was excellent waitress was also excellent. The prices were also good. We also are from Wichita ks. And would also stop again.

My wife found this little place and we decided to check it out. Absolutely awesome food and service, my only complaint is about the chairs. But you have to get what’s available. Everything else was amazing. I like the car stereo system for the music, brilliant idea.

Stayed in Blackwell for a business trip & decided to eat at Stack Restaurant, What a terrible idea! First when I asked how long it would take for my order I was told whenever the “Cook” decides to get up out of his chair. This should have been my first sign to cancel my order,. However, I can understand being tired. Pictures below to show exactly what I was served & it was all cold! Pictures below are Crispy chicken salad. Broccoli cheddar soup. Two eggs bacon, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy steak fingers and what was supposed to be fried okra ended up being fried squash and gravy was supposed to be on this side. I believe the photos speak for themselves!

A Hidden Gem Worth Visiting Twice!
My son and I stopped in this morning and were so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service was top-notch. Our waitress was not only incredibly friendly, but also super helpful with local tips and made sure we had everything we needed.
The food? Delicious. Every bite was clearly made with care, and the portions were generous without being over the top. The prices were more than fair for the quality and experience.
We loved it so much, we’re already planning to come back tomorrow to dive deeper into their huge menu — there’s so much more we want to try!As an interior designer I would be lying if I said the place was super aesthetic, but it has the perfect small town friendly feel and the food quality ALWAYS trumps aesthetics in my belly 🙂
