Been coming here for almost 10 years and it used to be great till new ownership a few years back. I’ve given it countless tries and just thought maybe it was a fluke thing when I would go. Everytime I go I get a bagel with cream cheese and there is like what’s left on the knife it seems like. I always ask for more of a decent amount and they charge me almost $2 extra when it’s actually just a normal amount. Ridiculous at this point and not going back anymore. Newest own sucks! BOYCOT THIS PLACE! I wish I could give them all zeros. Over the last six months I’ve in person, prepaid for two large orders. I explained to them that this was all time sensitive and that everything needed to be ready upon pick up. Upon arriving BOTH times, not only were the orders not ready, they had NOT EVEN STARTED THEM! They were completely unapologetic and I was late for work because of their incompetence. Worst of all, the food wasn’t that good.

used to love this place but it’s awful now… it’s sadly the closest bagel place to my house but i will drive the extra minutes just to go anywhere else. employees never seem happy to be there either. can definitely tell when they got new ownership 🙁

After being a long time customer I am disappointed with the service and quality this place has developed. The gentleman at the counter always seems to be in a bad mood and doesn’t fail to be rude every time. The food is OK, can be better but the real issue here is the lack of customer service.

I’ve been a long time customer of Stacey’s and always enjoyed their breakfast. The staff is always friendly and considerate except for the owner. He is down right rude, in the past I’ve always thought he might be stressed or having a bad day. Nope! That’s just him, today after my order wasn’t right and they way he talks to his customers Stacey’s lost a customer He really needs an attitude adjustment. Getting tired of price gouging!! Stacy’s make a decent bagel but to put the bare minimum of cream cheese on a bagel is ridiculous. Bottom line if you ask for more Cream cheese which use to be the normal amount it’s an extra $1.50. One and done here. Time to put these inflationary businesses out of business, period. Not fooling anyone by increasing the price of Cream cheese or butter for the matter. Not going to worry about businesses that fail with good old fashioned customer service. The guy who runs the show should know better. For those of you who are not aware he was formerly from Stratmore Bagels which is no more!

Use to go here often and was great, Stacy sells and owners change service has been up and down since. Latest experience last week, ordered a butter bagel , the kid barely pits any butter on it so I ask for some more butter. As he is ringing me up he charges me an extra 75 cents, so i ask what was that for he said the extra butter with an attitude so I asked when you start doing that his reply I always do. Young kid big attitude talk about poor customer interaction, so I asked why when I get cream cheese there is about a half pound on a bagel but butter barely a taste of butter. Rolled his eyes and said next. I will never go back !

The guy working inside is very rude and rip people off. The price of the sandwich is listed as $12 but they charged me $16.89. Money doesn’t matter but don’t make people look stupid.

Solid bagel shop!! Definitely worth a stop in if you’re in Suffolk County! Everything was incredible fresh. Staff was super nice and friendly.
