We needed this taste of home! Sean and Tynetta represent the great tastes of the South perfectly at their Smokehouse. Blending the sweet slaw with their homemade tangy (and perfectly delicious) BBQ sauce and slow smoked meats on their sandwiches (we had the brisket and chicken), they had all of us licking our fingers in appreciation. The half chicken plate, Sean’s collard greens and Tynetta’s mac n cheese made for more than a complete meal for my Hungry Man. It’s been a while since we’ve enjoyed a food truck this much…just follow the smoke in Smyrna to the best BBQ, hands down, we’ve had in a longgggggg time.

I found S&T Southern Smokehouse BBBQ & Delights online while visiting Dover Delaware for the weekend. All food is served ‘to go’ as they have a food truck. Attached to the food truck is a huge smoker. The food was delicious & service was friendly. Will stop by again for some flavorful, tender, tasty brisket and sides. Collards were amazing! Got my first taste from their truck at Smyrna at Night and was really impressed. It didn’t look like much at first, but once it hits your tongue you know it’s the real deal. So much flavor and so tender. The time and attention put into that meal was apparent in every bite. Thanks so much! I’m coming back for some more banana pudding too!!

Five stars an under statement this service is rated at a high 10 S&T Southern Smoke house BBQ is celebrity style service its like riding in a high class Bentley..The owners are very professional and on point I used this business for my 60th birthday which was on Saturday September 6th the service was for my food catering
and my delight treats which was my birthday cake and cupcakes not just any birthday cake or cupcakes I mean the presentation was top tier and the flavor of the treats will mesmerize you the food was delicioussssssssssss I could say thus all year the owners hot a customer for life period . I highly highly highly highly recommend this catering servicei I promise you and guarantee you will not be disappointed

I decided to finally try S&T, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving to Delaware.BEST. BBQ. EVER . The Brisket, the bbq sauce , the RIBS. By now I’ve also tried their dry rub that they sell and I highly recommend that as well. Just put it on whatever you’re cooking and go ! (I eat here every week)

Stopped here as a result of poor service and wait times at a nearby restaurant. So glad the other place was so bad! Greeted by a really nice gentleman who explained the menu and my options. I ordered the Brisket Sandwich with pasta salad and a soda. Upon delivery by another pleasant young man, I immediately observed the beautiful smoke ring on the brisket. Served warm on a brioche bun; it was delicious! Fairly lean with great smoky flavor. The pasta salad was also delicious. Plenty of parking with easy in and out. I have marked this on my map as a favorite and will be back soon!

Best pulled pork around! We used them for a Friendsgiving staff event at the Dover YMCA. The turkey, ham and stuff was incredible and everyone enjoyed the food! Great prices too!And awesome customer service!

Food good, my husband and I have the sleepy itis after eatting I got the brisket dinner and potato salad!!! My husband got half chicken and coleslaw. Everything was delicious!!!

Absolutely fantastic food! I have never had ribs this tasty and lean; the sauce is the perfect blend of sweet, salty, and smoke. The pulled chicken is moist tender and nicely spiced.
The potato salad, mac and cheese, and green beans are delicious. I love the addition of nutmeg to the mac and cheese. Don’t miss out on the corn bread muffins! I could eat a dozen.
