I WAS a regular customer, not anymore. I order the exact same thing, shortcake sundae with 2 pieces of cake, each time I go and today because they are training someone new my order wasnt the way it usually/supposed to be and the older lady there has a nasty attitude. This is 2nd time ive dealt with her attitude. I was told “Well we’re training her and its just not perfect like it usually is and because the pieces are small she gave you 2”. I told her no I PAID for 2. That was it no attempt to make it correct. I pay for 2 pieces of cake and this time the cake pieces were extremely small, end pieces, the bowl was not full and way too much sauce. With 2 pieces of cake the bowl is supposed to be full. If she’s training watch her! I wont be back!

Love what these two ladies have built over the years here in St. Rose! The menu is huge with unbelievable options of goodies and treats to choose from and most often delicious.
I’ll keep my fifth star because the exterior and seating need a serious upgrade, especially with the eye sore attached to the building. At minimum wash down the dust and webs from the signage and remove old signage debris from the fence. A little love goes a long way.

Such a cool little place to get a cool dessert. They have a ton of flavor choices, and make sure you add ice cream in the middle for an extra touch. The Georgia Peach and the dreamsicle are always good choices. Terrific prices too. Friendly people will be glad to help.

Snowballs were awsome ! Love how they put condensed milk through out it . I ordered crawfish and the seasoning was good and size good as well, but very disappointed that they were very cold and a good bit of them were mushy (dead before the boil) . I will always come bck for the awesome sweets but not the seafood .

The best place to get snowballs. Literally have to come here every time I come to town. The customer service is great. If I had to reccomend a flavor I would say wedding cake with condensed milk and stuffed try it and you won’t regret it.
