Met up with Yelp buddies and had a great time at St. Pete’s. Service was awesome, fast, funny and friendly. The ambience of the restaurant is cosy with indoor and outdoor seating options. The construction in the area makes it difficult to find parking and has definitely impacted the business.

Regulars need to find a way to support businesses that serve good food and offer excellent service. St. Pete’s in one such business. Enjoyed the fish & chips with their yummy tartar sauce.

Pricing : Moderate

Will I return: Definitely!

Always completely OUTSTANDING!!! Always my go-to spot for special occasions since we live so far south. Thank you Pete!!! I highly recommend Ala Vicki with angel hair & add chicken. It’s my FAVORITE! My hubby gets the Diablo, & the cheesecake will have you questioning how you ever lived your life without Pete’s!

This establishment has been part of Dallas for a couple of decades. The food has always been top notch. Drinks are a plenty. Bartenders and servers are very courteous. Parking in the back, on side or front may be a challenge due to construction on Commerse. This is our go to before any venue in Dallas.

I know one thing for sure about this place. The food is GREAT! I had Diablo Shrimp with Angel Hair Pasta. Everything was prepared beautifully and it was so delicious. Also, they had my favorite beer on hand. That’s always a bonus! I saw a wide variety of spirits and wines available also. My salad was fresh and crisp veggies. My server was very attentive as well. Id say every aspect of my dining experience at the Dancing Marlin was first rate. Id highly recommend folks in Deep Elum give their food and beverages a try for an affordable and satisfying option.

I have been coming here since the early 90s when I worked at the dental school at Baylor. I have brought family and even senior dental assisting students when I was teaching. Service is always amazing especially if you have Mary waiting on your table. Best cheese fries I have ever had with that ranch (chefs kiss). The Dancing Tuna Sandwich NEVER disappoints. Love Love St. Petes!

I am simply amazed with the weird menu and its incredible flavor. Everything was fresh no corners cut. Service was beyond my expectations. Ask question before ordering, everything is made a little different. Portions are great and you will love the beer selection and price. The place is what you expect from a Texas place. Great job guys

Fun place, eclectic decor all over. Relaxed, casual, good for groups. Large menu, not just your typical bar food. Food was decent. I tried the cornmeal crusted catfish which was pretty good, tater tots with it were good. Decent wings on the apps menu. The steak fingers not so good – just a weird dish but my partner was curious to try them. The skinny margarita (aka doesn’t have all the simple syrup or sweet and sour mix) was actually quite good, enjoyed that. Not necessarily a place I would be craving to come back for the food but I heard their catering food is great but I would come back for the atmosphere or if you’re with people who are picky eaters and prefer something simple.

Out of towners here. Found this place on Google maps and decided to try it out. Overall – very satisfied. Nachos were delicious and my tuna sandwhich was also great. My brother enjoyed his pizza and the tap beers were very good. It was shocking empty for 6pm on a Friday. I’d def recommend this place. Not sure on the area
