I usually try to visit once a week or every 2 weeks because I love their chicken wings ( Which I already ate most of them, Sorry for the picture with the hot sauce.But they were so good) and I love the prices today, I have the Turkey ribs and the something kind of potatoes, I forgot what they call them. But OMG the food was so delicious so seasoned. Every time I come here , I love my food and I just want to shout out the best waitress Kiwi She is so amazing and she’s always very attentive to her customers and I appreciate that.I’ll be back

I came to DINE IN. They took a long while to bring my food. I told my Waitress I would be DINING IN then I went to wash my hands and came back my water was gone. The waitress finally brought my order back to me in boxes. She said they just boxed it up anyway and I was welcome to still stay. WOW I had wings and Turkey ribs so I had to hurry up and eat the wings before they got soggy. I’m lookin for the waitress and she’s bringing other ppl their food on a plate. I has to wait at the bar to pay my bill after I ate because she never brought it to me. Honestly I could have just left. Omw home I was eating the ribs and noticed how small it was after I quickly finished 2 of the FRENCH FRY SIZED TURKEY RIBS.I WONT BE BACK NOR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY. Sad service all around the board!

Went on a Friday afternoon for drinks & some food
We ordered the nachos with ground beef, cheese fries, margarita wings, hot wings, steak (side of Mac and broccoli), and a shrimp poboy
Pros:
-plenty of parking
-staff took care of us
-there’s a pool table and a dart board to play games. I also appreciate the jams they were playing! It wasn’t overly loud so we could all talk and catch up
Cons:
-they were low on staff they had one person running the front so the food took a long time. I think having someone on call for the afternoon would definitely help as she was taking to go orders over the phone, processing them, serving drinks, and waitressing.
-the chicken wings are a lot smaller than what you’d normally get at a restaurant
Overall a good atmosphere & good food, I’ll definitely be back

A coworker ordered food for lunch. It was so good that I had to go myself. I ordered the honey hot wings & omgeeeeee! The atmosphere was like being at an inside family barbecue. The server was very kind and courteous. I had a drink and chilled while I waited for my take-out order. I can’t forget about the screens all around the place so I didn’t have to miss the end of my football game. That was a week ago and I’ve told everyone about the place. I live in Fairview Heights, Illinois, but will definitely be visiting often.

This place is definitely a vibe and I will be a repeat customer for sure. The music selection is awesome, a little old school mixed with new school r&b. The drink was fye and strong. I had the audacity to get two and I was bent. Lol. The food was DELICIOUS. I got a chicken plate and the chicken was fried hard without asking and the fries were very good, the seasoning was on point. It was around 5 when I arrived and it was a nice sized crowd but still very comfortable. The atmosphere is chill and laid back, I loved it and will return again for sure.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Happy Hour Bar & Grill. My order was placed at 6:50 PM, and I waited over an hour for food that never came. During that time, I watched multiple customers grow frustrated as the kitchen fell further and further behind. The entire operation felt chaotic, unorganized, and without any sense of urgency or accountability.
The lack of structure and leadership in this establishment is glaring. The kitchen’s attention to detail is nonexistent, and the overall operations are completely failing both the customers and the staff. What should have been a quick, simple to-go order turned into a frustrating and disappointing ordeal that ruined my evening.
The only saving grace was my server, who was patient, professional, and genuinely apologetic. You could see her trying to hold everything together while the kitchen continued to crumble under pressure. Her kindness did not go unnoticed. She did everything in her power to make it right, including trying to process a refund for me. But to make matters even worse, there was no manager on-site to handle it. That’s not just unprofessional it’s unacceptable.
To have a full restaurant open for business with no management present and a kitchen unable to deliver food for over an hour speaks volumes about how poorly this place is being run.
This was not an isolated bad night. This was a clear example of broken operations, poor leadership, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Until these issues are fixed, I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

The fish is so, so GOOD here! Fresh, hot, seasoned, and full when you are finished. I ate everything! The onion rings were tasted like beer battered and homemade. Simply delicious!

The service is SUPER slow even when it’s not that busy. It’s easily an hour+ wait for your food, 20 mins for your drink. They will run out of turkey ribs by 5 and not answer the phone if you try calling ahead to find out.
The vibe is cool, and the food is pretty good. The sweet hot wings, “caeser” salad and loaded fries are my favs. They just sat two slices of American cheese on the bussed down potatoes, lol.
You can get a lot of these options at other places with faster service, but overall, it’s a good place to hang out and have a cpl of drinks (get the strawberry Dusse).
Update: They went a little crazy on the price increase for drinks in a short timeframe. That is exactly what makes ppl stop coming.
