We have ordered through the drive-thru several times and have been met with sarcasm and rudeness. The food is excellent! but it doesn’t make up for the bad service here. If you can’t handle your customers asking you questions, find another job where you are not working with customers. I would not usually write a review like this, except it has happened to us several times and to my daughter when she’s been through the drive-thru. We’ll go elsewhere from now on. There are too many good choices in the area to deal with rudeness from the associates who are being paid to help us.

Went to this location for my wife whom is one day removed from surgery and upon receiving consent for a full regular diet she wanted Panera. I ordered the pick 2 and when I got home and opened her sandwich there was barely any meat on it. I called the store location and was told that they use a measuring tool and that I was just out of luck basically. I am very disturbed by this seeing as they just increased prices again to cushion their blow from rising costs but just say “too bad” to the customer. I will never patronize this business again.

They’re always out of avocado. Something is always messed up in our order. This time they were out of avocado and they put cheese on our green goddess salad for some reason. The person who ordered it has a dairy allergy and could not eat it. Disappointing especially for the price.

As always this Bread Co is a good place to visit. Today I had to purchase several gift cards, and I received great service. The lady who rung up my order was neat and organized. She was friendly and genuinely nice.

I’ve been a satisfied customer at this location for many years now. Usually early morning or lunchtime. Sometimes I do have to wait a few minutes for a counter person to take the order. I haven’t ever had a long wait for service. Restaurants and cafes are shorthanded now folks. Food is always as ordered with good flavor.

ordered a salad from here and found a dirty leaf? we ordered delivery so im not sure if it was the driver who did this? but our bag was taped shut so I don’t think they did? Either way this was really disgusting to see and I feel horrible knowing someone thought putting a dirty leaf from the road in my salad would be funny. This is seriously a health hazard someone could get sick.

As I write this, I have been waiting for my for for about 30 minutes. I’ve watched multiple people walk out in disgust. The place was only about 1/4 full when I walked in, but now it’s almost packed with people still waiting for thier orders, and the workers produce food at a snail’s pace. The seem to be fully staffed, but just really inefficient. I’ve seen several people come back to the counter to get the things that were left of thier orders. All in all, totally incompetent.
